Terrible parking lot that takes advantage of the fact that they are the only spot available for tenant monthly parking. They decide to raise the cost of parking an additional $20 a month with no explanation why. The spots are beyond tight, there is no security and I’ve witnessed multiple break-ins with people going door to door looking for an unlocked vehicle, management is terrible in responding to issues, they charge tenants a monthly electric car charging fee (which in itself is overpriced) despite the chargers constantly being down and one of which completely not functional. I’d avoid this lot at all costs and suggest parking on the street if you are a resident of cast iron. Save your money and save yourself the hassle.

Terrible management, multiple break ins, overcrowded garage. Owner would send mass emails with all monthly parking pass owners and leak personal information. So unprofessional.Plus wouldn’t even pro-rate parking when I moved out of the building and basically said tough luck. If you don’t have to park here, stay away.

Smallest parking spots I ever saw. I am surprised how it’s is even legal. You get in and if there is no spots, you will have to pay for an hour. They won’t let you out.

Couldn’t even pay to park here. Kept saying a brand new credit card was expired. Don’t waste your efforts trying to use this parking lot.

Rates were 245 a month which was already incredibly high. Many of the monthly customers were long term customers. It is my understanding that this garage, in tandem with other local garages, lobbied the town to put up no parking signs on the street where many residents of local apartments parked for free. Once they were successful in getting no parking signs installed, and basically forced residents to park in their garages, they jacked the rates up to $260 a month. If I could give this business/garage negative stars I would. I know residents of Cast Iron (the apt complex connected to this garage) are grouping together to bring the rate back down and hopefully force some changes. Incredibly shady move by a business that was already overcharging.

Been a loyal, respectful customer for 2+ years, and to reward my continued tenure, they send me a generic email, in the midst of a pandemic no less, telling me my already unsustainable rate of $245/m will increase to $260/m in the middle of the year (May) with no explanation or rationale as to why it is increasing and no ability to challenge or question it. They are blatantly taking advantage of the fact that the city has stopped street parking on Hoboken Ave and now many tenants have no realistic ability to park anywhere near the building in which they live. Shady business (no disrespect intended to the garage attendants, they’re great) that’s preying on their loyal monthly customers to make up for the fact that their daily parking is consistently empty due to poor planning and a terrible business model. Shame on them.
