I return a loooot of packages and can't say enough good things about this UPS store! The staff here is always efficient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. On one occasion, they took my packages even when I arrived just after closing time, and they ensured they were scanned and shipped the very next day. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile make a world of difference. If you're looking for a reliable UPS location, this is the place to go!

The lady who rung me up looked at my id and really said “I don’t know how to read this”.
With all the info written in front of her she still spelled incorrectly, and gave a wrong delivery estimate.

Thank you to Mr.Patel for providing me quick and prompt notary services. No appointment needed. The process was easy and he provided the 2 required witnesses I needed for estate documents. Great customer service and priced reasonably.

Out of all of the UPS stores I've visited in my life (which is a lot), this one hands down provides the best customer experience. ALL of the employees are super helpful, informative, welcoming, and just nice in general. I've never gotten a bad vibe or felt like I was inconveniencing the workers (which is how I feel every time I go to USPS down the road...). I've been offered suggestions on proper packing to decrease shipping costs, I've received help with packaging including taping, and the store is always in stock with what I need. I especially love the large table in the center where I can lay out all of my orders to organize before shipping them out. You guys are great and I'll miss having this as my neighborhood UPS after I move!

Excellent customer service. The good folks at this location saved me on moving day. I had ten boxes that I needed delivered as I was moving out of my apartment. My taping skills were not that great. But the guys re taped the areas that needed it and made sure my boxes were secure. Then when I got back home I realized that I had more clothes than luggage and no more boxes. I had to come back on the way to the airport and get two more boxes. I called on the way to explain I was trying to catch my flight. When I arrived, both employees hustled to get my boxes made and weighed. I’m on my way to the airport now. I hope I make my flight but I’m confident my boxes will make it safely. Thanks guys. ??

My favorite. I drive a 10 minutes to go to this locations, despite having two locations closer. The personnel is excellent and service is super fast!

Handicap parking out front no line in and out in 10 minutes definitely better than mailing at the post office
