I placed an order back in November 2022 for a Threadlab box that was never shipped out to us. I contacted the company multiple times via email, online contact form, and phone (phone number was disconnected) to follow-up and no one responded. I disputed the charge with our American Express and they removed the charge. They charged our card again 12/25/22, 1/25/23, and 2/25/23 for services that they are not providing. No boxes ever received. I again have tried to call (phone number still disconnected), email via their online contact form (not working now), and emailed the company service number with no response. At this point, I believe this company to be fraudulent.UPDATE: After reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, the company did respond to my email stating the would cancel the subscription. No explanation was given by the company. I would still recommend against doing business with this company as you will not receive any product.

I subscribed to the service because I needed to update my wardrobe and had the money to be a little more socially conscious in my decision-making. Some of the clothing line offers were a little questionable (just as far as criteria for being socially or environmentally conscious, but that's a subjective opinion), but I did receive customized offers according to my tastes and bought a few items. However, for two months I did not purchase anything, but was still charged. Additionally, the subscription was a max of $150 for however many items, but if the full $150 wasn't used, the website displaying your order/ shipment said you'd get a refund of the unused amount. I never received this, either. I called many times and different times of the day, sent emails, posted on their Facebook page and sent Facebook messages, but did not get a reply regarding the amount owed for refunds. I did ask once about their advertised clothing-recycling program and got a response. The two stars are for the existence of the socially/ environmentally-conscious company and for sending the clothing that I accepted to order.**UPDATE** The company did contact me after I sent a message via Facebook. They offered an apology and processed my refunds within a couple of days.

It was a hassle canceling the service, they initially charged my card AFTER I had asked to cancel, and it took them a long time to respond to my emails. It was over the holidays and they were probably understaffed. Some of the clothing items didn't fit me well but that's normal, so no real complaints about the clothes - they just need to improve their customer service.

Awesome service. I never know what clothes to wear or buy and ThreadLab makes it easy. They choose my clothes based on simple questions and ship them to me. Customer service has been on point and the cost is very reasonable, plus their referral program makes it simple to earn free clothes!
