Machine were dirty. And prices is expensive. Dryer doesn’t work well at all. Nonetheless it smell the cigarette. I told the lady who works there and she did absolutely nothing about the situation. Had to find a better laundromat to rewash and dry my clothes. Avoid this laundromat. Never again

I went to that laundromat today and I used the detergent that was in the cart thinking it was for everyone and put some in the detergent bottle I had and the lady attendant said they wasn't for everyone she yelled at me and said I was stealing detergent, I told her I didn't know it wasn't for anyone it's for the clothes that gets dropped off, she should put don't touch the laundry detergent it's not for everyone that's easy and simple. She called me a bad name because I called her a bad name, she threatened to call the police and I said I'm not scared of the cops. I was going to beat her up she was acting tough. She's going to act tough to the wrong person and get beat up badly or worse get a gun or a knife pulled out on her and get stabbed or shot, that's a bad neighborhood and it's the ghetto some people don't play. I have to go back to get the wagon I have with clothes because my son and nephew left to go to Journal Square to get Popeyes getting food and didn't come back so my son can push the wagon, I couldn't push the laundry cart, wagon and carry 2 bags at the same time after I get the wagon I'm not coming back there again, I don't have time for the lady. She seems rude, yells, complain and disrespectful. I go to that laundromat once in a while if the laundromat that's 2 blocks from me is closed and was going there in 2007 and 2008 when I lived close by and 2019 to 2021 when I lived 2 streets from that laundromat. There's people that stands in front of the laundromat, play loud music or smoke weed and people that don't be a customer be in there talking loud at least the laundromat that's close to me it's like that, I Spanish laundry attendant complains and yells at people but at least she's not disrespectful or rude. It's good to have a washer and dryer at home so you don't have to go to terrible laundromats and deal with rude, disrespectful and nasty attendants.

Have to agree with the comments that this place is washed up, pun intended. I used them in 2021 and they were great. About a year ago they lost some items of mine. Decided to give them another chance recently and will definitely never be using them again. My clothes came back wrinkled, with either new or bigger stains, detergent stains. After two weeks of texting I finally got them to call me back and they told me they are not responsible for stains. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely defensive, aggressive, and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Imagine returning clothes in this fashion and then getting aggressive towards customers who complain…

I love this service. The pickup/delivery service is divine. The actual dry cleaning and laundry service is above average. I’m so glad I found them. The cost is not cheap but actually fair. Looking forward to sending more laundry their way.

Customer since 2020, always prompt service,prompt confirmation and scheduling. For some reason(new management?) service has gone downhill. Confirmation of delivery or pick up not honored, despite a day prior scheduling. Sometimes you are lucky if you get it a day later, BUT only if you try to contact THEM since they don't update/ contact/text you at all if ANYTHING changes. NO telephone service( makes sense since there might be unsatisfied customers) only voicemail or text, no response, and IF you get someone(mostly the driver)who conducts himself in a very rude way, it's finger pointing, not my mistake, i.m off work now etc.. last time I used this service,unprofessional, rude and unsatisfying to give them my business anymore.

Believe all the reviews that say the new management is garbage. I used to have my laundry done here in 2019 and I was always pleased with the service. I recently started using the service again, unaware that the company is under new management. The customer service is horrible, you can’t even reach them by phone anymore. They are always late, they never give you order updates when they are late and they don’t process payments on time. Don’t bother trying to get in touch with anyone, all you get is an answering machine. The drivers are also rude and unhelpful, and the laundry is too expensive to justify such terrible service. New customers beware.
