I drove only 19 miles, negligible traffic. When I came back, I was going to put in about $5 (1.5 gallons) to cover the gas usage. This would more than cover my usage. The attendant proceeds to pump the gas for me. I knew I was in for it! He pumps 3 gallons of gas and says he has to pump until it’s full. So it comes to just under $10. But why? I may have only needed a gallon… the amount I used. The previous user probably did not fill it up all the way.Then I go inside (an Exxon gas station! I should’ve known! But I needed the van to transport some tvs from Best Buy across the street.) and the attendant inside gives me a bill that has a $5 maintenance fee, $3.68 transaction fee, and other fees that amounted to more than $15! So they seem like they will find a way to squeeze an extra $15-20 bucks from you before you leave. Not a fan of treating hard-working, honest, paying customers like that. I will be renting from a different location.

I strongly believe the numerous five-star reviews are paid. If you attempt a regular conversation with the staff at this gas station, you might share my view. The staff members are noticeably impolite, overbearing, and uncooperative. Their demeanor is evident even before you engage with them, as seen in their facial expressions. This attitude isn't exclusive to me; it extends to others who visit to rent trucks and equipment. Regardless of the outcome of your rental, interactions with these staffs will leave you unsatisfactory at the end.But if you must use Uhaul here, just remember - be EXTREMELY patient with these staffs

Please know that you need to carry to the 24/7 UHaul pickup location documents like Passport and House Lease that are proofs to get the vehicle using the UHaul Web app

The van I rented had a tire with low pressure so we had to fill it up before we could use it. Also when we returned the van the attendant forced us to fold the blankets we rented which is his job? He also had me reverse park into a tedious spot in the dark and rain which is also his job.

Terrible service, had a U-Haul rented a week in advance and double checked the pickup location the night before, morning of and upon arrival. Man behind the counter made a bunch of flimsy excuses and said he didn't have the truck we reserved a week ago. Then he made us refresh the link from the confirmation email until it changed to another location and said "yeah you're in the wrong place I don't have that truck anymore". So he wasted an hour of our rental time and gave away our truck. Genuinely do not give this place any more business.

not a U-Haul shop. this is a gas station lot. Cars need to get double checked by Tag number, your assigned will likely change. Not the gas station fault but U-Haul app and website for confirming return is awful. attendant had to help with the return. do not rely on checking in after hours if the store is closed.

I checked in the day before my pickup and when I came, there was no one to help me as it is a 24/7 service. The app asked me to provide 3 phone numbers to verify or a lease agreement or my passport, which is absurb given that they didn't tell me before end during my checkin at home. I don't have the lease agreement or passport at the time as they required paper versions of these documents even though i had them online. The whole process STOLE HALF AN HOUR of my time. Finally, they didn't provide the furniture dolly and stole me another $14 worth of dolly rental. I'll never recommend anyone to use Uhaul. Bad customer service and user experience. Fee structure is not transparent and you would feel like they're trying to steal from you here and there.

These guys go over and beyond. They’re excellent and carefully expeditious. I will use their location ALWAYS! Once I returned the guy actually used my phone to help me checkout and pumped the gas for me! Excellent excellent excellent service. Thank you

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother trying to rent a u-haul from here unless you are purposely trying to give yourself high blood pressure.I think, it is valid to want to get the best rates/ options being that it is Your own money and your own spending. We asked the guy behind the counter for the rates when it came to leaving the uhaul in another location versus bringing it back to the same location, when immediately, after the Second time of asking so (we could decide the best deal for us) he looses his temper and continued to say “do it by yourself” then walked away from the counter. Tried asking him again to “please” assist us for we were on a time crunch, and he continued to then walk away saying “do it by yourself”We then followed his orders via a QR code and once we were done confirming everything on OUR OWN he still didn’t want to help us with getting the vehicle.Gas attendant was kind to come help us, when they realized they had all the information on their end.When we finally got the vehicle, we came to find it with little to no gas.This experience was by far more stressful than it had to be, when all in all, the man behind the counter had all the access on his computer and PURPOSEFULLY declined to help us because he lost patience when we were asking the basic price points and options of renting the vehicles.

The service is avg, but they have trucks available every time. Though trucks are mostly not the cleanest ones.

the clerk by the name of edgar did not want to check me into my truck because we exchanged words about me using the bathroom. not so long after a friend of mine walked in to get my u-haul & he said the exact words that "i only do it because of you" 4hrs later after me waiting on his shift with him. what type of employee brings his feelings to work? please check him

The service here is atrocious. The Spanish guy behind the counter is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You can't return a truck if you don't have a smart phone btw. Better not forget yours at home because the guy behind the counter is a waste of human flesh and doesn't want to help anyone.

the agents here have some really serious attitude problems. They never help you even when they have nothing to do. When I was picking up my truck with my reservation number and every other information, the guy told me to scan a QR code and do online check out by myself. But the website have a lot of bugs, it asked me for the picture of the driver license 3 times, sent me over 10 verification codes and still couldn’t get me a truck. The process took an hour long. He ended up helping me check out a truck within 2 mins. I was wondering, could him help me at the beginning and avoid this mess? He would watch you waste 1 hour of your time when he know he could help you get it done in minutes. And when I returned it, he (one other guy) even ask me for 20 dollars extra tip for helping checking out or he would not help. He just ignored me and kept organizing the shelf. Be prepared to spend hours of more time here or tip those guys 20 dollars extra each visit, both pick up and return. Avoid. I would go to a further location to pick up uhaul trucks next time or choose other companies if I need truck again.
