Wish I could give ZERO stars. I called ahead for a notary for my 74 year old father, when he got there with my mother they were denied a notary, with no valid reason. The man in charge of notary clearly does NOT know the laws. He cannot deny doing a notary simply because he disagrees with the documents content or purpose. That is discrimination. And I see my parents have not been the only ones denied a notary in this location. This needs to be seriously looked into as it seems to be a pattern this notary has to deny certain people. I will write to UPS customer service regarding this matter.

was pretty disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment for notary services or if I could just walk in. The woman on the phone said it was walk-in and that the store closes at 3 PM on Sundays. I got there around 2:30 and waited in line for about 18 minutes. When I finally got to the counter, the same woman told me it was too late to get anything notarized and that I’d have to come back another day. I mentioned there were still about 12 minutes until closing, but she just said she couldn’t do it. I get that maybe notary services have a cut-off time, but that should’ve been clearly mentioned when I called or posted somewhere. Just frustrating and a bit of a waste of time.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience using UPC. I mailed a rent check for $2,300, and it was intercepted and fraudulently altered to $12,300. The payee name was changed to someone else, and the check was successfully cashed.
This is not a minor mistake — it’s a serious security failure. I trusted UPC to deliver my personal and financial information safely, and that trust has been completely broken.
I’ve already filed a fraud report with my bank and the police. But beyond that, I intend to raise this issue to higher levels within UPS and, if needed, with federal consumer protection authorities. People need to be aware that even basic mail is vulnerable if such incidents can happen without accountability.
I strongly urge others to use secure, trackable methods when sending anything important. This experience has been financially and emotionally draining, and I will not stay silent about it.

In recent years, employees have been excellent: knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. One downside is that this is a small store, so there isn't always enough equipment, and queues can be long. They could also use longer hours of operation.
