They wanted me to buy a box for the overnight package, which fedex never charges so I left and they lost my business. Also, the lady refused to show me boxes and instead showed me a sheet with sizes as if I’m supposed to know what 12x12x12 looks like. Rude staff made it easy to walk out.

Not sure why this place has such a low score — my visits to drop off my returns always go perfectly smooth. A 30 second in-and-out dropoff experience, i couldn’t ask for more. Excellent job by the staff dealing with dropoffs!

Beware of scammers. This is not a real UPS store, they just serve as a middlemen and will make sure to sell you some ridiculous services on top of what you pay to UPS.They refuse to take prepaid packages unless you buy something from them and come up with random reasons to do so. It seems that the management makes them to behave in that way.There is UPS point in Staples store nearby, save your time and money and go there instead.

Brought an item here to ship back to Amazon which I packed while I was at the store and it never made it to Amazon. I feel like because it was an electronic which had some value an employee kept it. Someone posted a pic of the person in the reviews who is the same person who was “helping” me. Also Amazon won’t give me my refund.

Rude staff with attitude. They behave as if they are doing a favor accepting Amazon returns.This place only exists because of their location. Newport residents don’t have other options.

Worst experience ever. They treat people with no respect. Even if Amazon says no boxes and packing needed for the return, I have to do everything myself(buying a shipping box, packing the item, and paying for the tapes). I’m doing their jobs.

I had to bring my two large packages all the way back because they closed right i front of my face. Employees saw me knocking at the door, they could Joey me in set my packages aside and deal with them tomorrow, but NO, I had to push them all the way back which gave me a hard time. Would totally seek a substitute if available. Would not recommend.

This Newport UPS store franchise owner Bernice Bailine needs to act immediately to replace the useless, arrogant employee that's been there the longest named Olajuwon, who watches other employees work, makes rude insulting comments about customers to coworkers, routinely avoids doing his job by cutting corners and creates stress and confusion by telling you if you call in to check if a package came, that nothing came, you didn't receive anything ("I don't see a slip"-2 seconds after you called, because he didn't bother looking) then you get there a few days later and see the package acceptance sticker said arrived over a week before. This has happened 3 times now and when I'm paying for a mailbox I expect to get my packages and my money's worth- and I don't even get packages often.Employees have said in the past when expecting a package just save a trip and call in to see if it came. I've caught Olajuwon lying twice in the last month alone. I'm sick of this disrespect and outing him and will be contacting corporate franchise HQ to ask if they can fine or revoke this stores license- the service is *that* bad and needs a total overhaul. I'd rather switch to a different location and go out of my way than support this owner anymore who clearly avoids going to the shop to see how things are actually run, responds to problems by asking those who leave negative reviews to email the shop. Try prevention not a cure. The old problems are easy to fix- maybe you just aren't a good business owner who understands day to day customer service is critical.Sorry to the few good employees there (esp women) who are newer and have to deal with the gloomy vibe a few old time employees spread. The newerstaff members do their work without attitude, are honest and helpful- please give them better hours and fire the 'rotten apples' everyone complains about.

This place charges money but gets nothing done. I called before visiting this store to enquire whether they can print on A4 paper - staff told me yes! so I came all the way and tried printing A4 from the computer - it came out letter size! Surprise! They actually don’t have A4 paper at this store. First, they misinformed their customer on the phone. Second, none of the staff members assisted me (and I did ask for assistance but they were busy apparently) when I was trying to print, if they had then I would not waste my time and money on something that was not what I asked for. Third, they dare charged me the full amount of this print job when all I got was two useless pieces of paper and wasted time. I will avoid this UPS from now on. This store is messy and unorganized and it is unreasonable that the customer is paying for the mistakes they made.

I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive Friday and it got delayed to Monday . And then I waited all day at home for my package to arrive and they finally come at 6 something and wouldn’t even leave my package because nobody was home. And it’s almost 8 o’clock at night the next day (Tuesday) and they still have not arrived . I spent 200 dollars for them to be extremely late and not even leave my package by the door.
