I can not say enough of how much my husband & I love this place & the hospitality is very welcoming the immediate acknowledgement at the door even if they are busy they acknowledge you. We literally come like every 2 wks & usually leaving with a piece ???♀️ I highly recommend visiting also the new location out by the shore & just a beautiful space & location is great & close to other things to spend the day there as well. Fernando it’s been a pleasure to see you & your family thrive & keep building & getting to know you all in the past yrs god bless you guys to more success & a 3rd opening in the near future ?? put it out into existence & we will drive to that one too. What can I say about UT?! LOTS!!! First after going to many, many armors and not getting the service or feeling of an owner who wanted my business;I found a man who was just starting out. This man barely had his items up but he coached me on everything. When I had a question didn't matter how foolish, Fernando had an answer or made sure I got the correct information. Me, I'm army and a loyal dawg;Fernando and Urban Tactical will always be my go to. As the years passed and the ccw laws in New Jersey started to Blossom, Fernando then had the ccw qualifying course set up and on a hot weekend we went to qualify. He's also a stickler for doing it the right way; my local Police department had no problem with all my paper work. Then i had a problem with a build- he straightened that out in no time flat for a fee lower then my expectations. When my girls come of age UT will definitely be in their lives. UT you got me til my last day. Fernando I'm so proud and happy to see you grow from the ground up!!! Also truly proud to be an Urban Tactical patron. Thank you for everything,hopefully I'll see you before I have to re qualify. God bless the family, You and the business.Continued success my Brother ❤??

It took me a while to write this review, but every time I take my rifle to the range, I'm reminded of Urban Tactical. The service was excellent. Straight forward and friendly. Not pretentious like GFH or Mike's B.S gun shop. I had something in mind, but I walked out with something better while still within my budget. All things considered, I will be returning and recommending. They also offer CCW training and notary services as well as FFL transfers. I don't work for them, nor have they given me anything for free. Give'em a call and see for yourself.-Saint Victor

Extremely helpful. Answered all my annoying questions. I called to ask a question about a specific firearm and Fernando not only was willing to order out but when I called back about another one, he was patient and helped me with that one. Went in bought it without a hassle. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Fernando is top class, walked in as a first time buyer. He asked me what I was looking for, gave me some very solid options even tired to tell me I could a better deal else where, since I am a retired Veteran to get the Blue Label discount from that moment on. I knew that he wanted to take care of me and not just make a sale. So I Bought from him regardless the price was Fair and honest. Walked me through the entire process. I look forward to coming back.

Just completed my Concealed Carry class with Fernando. He provides the best service and quality you can find in this space. I also purchased my handgun through him before I started the class. They are a great one stop shop for all your concealed carry needs! Would recommend Urban Tactical to anyone looking to purchase a gun or go through the Concealed Carry process.

I went into the store just to browse around. I already went to another local store and was very disappointed with the service I received so I went in on the defensive side. As I entered the store, I was greated by Fernando. Even though he had other customers, he came, he introduced himself and told me to have a look around and he'd be with me shortly. When he came back, he didn't rush me or push me to buy anything. He was more interested in what I wanted and how he could help. Because I'm a first timer, I had what seemed like a million questions. He answered all my questions and offered his professional advice. He helped pick out what was right for me Andy needs. I was so happy with the service provided by Fernando, what was supposed to be a window shopping experience became my first purchase experience. I will forever be a customer. By far one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. That was my first purchase and definitely won't be my last. Sending all.my friends and family your way. Urban Tactical is the most honest gun store in town. The turn around time from purchasing to receiving my firearm was incredible. Not only do they offer great service but they also have a wide variety of options. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a firearm. Great prices and great people!
