İf there is a change i can give negative. Office worker are rude, facilty always busy. İ been waiting 4.30 hour still didnt get a Dock door. Dont get any load from here

Excellent workers, sorting bulk, foreign and military mail.
I use USPS over all other carriers.
It's still the safest and cheapest way. ☆☆☆☆☆

I'm never sending anything again by USPS.
Never! My search is officially over as I received an email today, my package is lost

Officially USPS my package has been declared lost and sitting somewhere in the post office in New Jersey.
Part 2
Update it's August 24, 2024, looking out for my package but slowly I forget about it every day about it like the USPS has. I Sent it out from Poland March 13, 2024. Arrived to the Jersey City plant on 5/19.
Was stuck there... And now USPS erased ALLtracking information about it. Yes this this a honest review, never got it.

Package arrived to your plant since May 19, 2024 coming from Europe to USA
Now you got sick of all my service requests and erased all data concerning this package in your system now it's finally a lost cause of package because you guys majorly suck
Someone is stealing these packages or not doing their job
Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL all the way!!
Again USPS SUCKS

Worst 1 one so far… they’d rather stay on their phone instead loading drivers and let them
Go their ways, they just riding around listening to music and let drivers stay at the doors for 2-5 hours. Ridiculous 🤦🏾♂️

PACKAGE MOST LIKELY STOLEN
It has been a month and my package has yet to be delivered. It had goods from a friend who had recently passed. I had hoped the delays meant nothing and it would arrive, but nope! It's still not arriving.
I've done everything I can. Including escalating it to as high as it can go. However, it seems that Elaine Mcneill doesn't see a problem with a package being stuck in a facility for A WHOLE MONTH. No doubt everyone is in on the stealing 🙄
Why else would they tell me i should have bought a more expensive shipping method and threw the blame back on me?
I guess im going to have to contact the Jersey City Postmaster and escalate this further to the federal level
