Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Arrived when it opened and had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Expect long lines, slow service, and rude staff.

This is the worst post office I have ever used. It's always crowded, the queue moves very slowly because there is only one person working. There are always visitors in the morning hours , so put one more person ! No , nothing changes during the 3 years that I have been using this post office ! Today it's the same story , and it's very, very stuffy in the room . I understand , all services are trying to save money , but in fact it is indifference to service and customers . It is disgusting to come to this office. I try my best to avoid this office, but unfortunately I have to receive parcels sometimes. It's a pity that this office is run by such, to put it mildly, incompetent managers. How did they get such a job? A lot of decent people can not get such a job and this is a very big problem for customers.

Theives stole a package that was been here since the 21st it say arriving late after it goes there I filed a police report and will go there Monday morning to record my interaction as proof these black ppl and Spanish ppl here are theives smh

The workers here steal packages. they don’t update the tracking numbers and it says ready for pickup, but I went to the location and they said it was out on a delivery truck even though the tracking had not changed for three days. Now it’s 7 pm and I have not received my computer monitor that was so-called out for delivery. These people are crooks and this place needs to be investigated by the police because they actually steal packages. Not to mention only one person working there and there’s too many windows. The postal workers are just as bad. Home all day and they never rung the doorbell into this mess. So yes, like several other reviews here ALSO stated, THEY STEAL YOUR PACKAGES!!! This place leaves no notices and never updates tracking and never knows where your packages are despite “ready for pickup”. They will lie and it sucks that criminals are working here.

I had one of the worst experiences here. The lady working there was shockingly unprofessional and downright racist. Her attitude was rude from the start, and it quickly became clear that she treats people differently based on how they look or speak. This kind of behavior has no place in any business. I left feeling disrespected and angry. If management actually cares about their customers, they need to take a hard look at who they’re hiring. I will never return and I’ll make sure others know exactly what kind of place this is.

On 06/05/2025 , the Spanish lady was very rude, took 20min with another Spanish speaking woman and her package, it was getting close to closing time but when my turn reached to do my mailing business, she was like you people are always, with a rasist tone , just because I am from another race, they should look into this location

This location has the worst workers the worst service. One of the workers is super lazy. They don't make deliveries properly. Please stay away from online purchases with shipments through this post office.

My mail and packages comes thru here, I have many packages that they say has been delivered when is actually have not delivered , some packages were stolen and some couldn’t be found

Terrible. Package wasn’t delivered because there was “no secure location “ I have 3 cameras outside and no one tried to deliver a package. Requested redelivery , package wasn’t delivered and nothing had been updated to the tracking site. Sent an email and I was told it was in transit package still didn’t arrive and now it seems as though it was lost or stolen by a worker still no update to the tracking number.

Unable to track my package either system is down or not updated at all. I sent package 2 day flat rate Priority on a friday morning package reached destination Thursday afternoon the next week. No data available on USPS tracking website at anytime at all.
