I had a passport appointment , they were very quick and on time, kind and gave me a great service.
I would recommend to bring your own photo because the photo machine was broken.
All the ladies there were super nice and helpful

On August 9, 2025 I was serviced by a tall African American with a Bob hair cut, I informed to her that i was i was there to pick up my brother's mail.She proceeded to respond screaming at me stating that she didn't understand me. I believe it is a privilege to work with the public in representing the Company. I don't believe that she belongs in that position. She Degredated me in front of a lot of people present.

As another reviewer said, this post office is incredibly useless. I work from home, I am always there. My carrier left a notice that they were unable to deliver a package of medication (not true as I was home). I set up a redelivery request. It was ignored. I set up another one, it was ignored. I signed the notice and left it out on my mailbox asking to redeliver. Ignored. I escalated via phone to a service request, they told me a manager from my post office would call me, and closed the request. No manager ever called. I called to re-open the service request, the person on the phone told me to call my local office at their direct number, which I tried many times, and they just don't answer. They are so incredibly incompetent. I am not able to go to the office during business hours, I need them to do their job and deliver my package asap!! It has been almost two weeks now! It appears they are going to return it back to the sender in a day or so instead. Shameful the laziness and lack of accountability here. Useless institution.

I go here nearly every day for my small business when customers have shipping. Never once had a bad experience, and I am always in and out quickly. Even if there are only 2 customers, a second clerk will come to the register immediately once they are available! All really nice ppl work here, I have seen about 5 different ppl that waited on me.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Two Stolen Packages
I’m extremely disappointed with USPS. Two of my packages were marked as “delivered,” yet I never received them. It’s clear they were stolen or mishandled, and despite multiple attempts to get help, I’ve received no real support or resolution. This is unacceptable. I trusted USPS with my deliveries, and now I’m left with a loss and no accountability. Do better.

I have been living in this area for over two years, and my experience with this USPS location has been nothing short of horrible. The service is consistently unreliable, and the lack of accountability is staggering.
Here’s what happens, almost like clockwork: one delivery is completed properly. The next one? I receive a “Delivery Attempted – No Access to Delivery Location” notice, even though I was at home all day.
Let me be clear: I work from home. I am always home. There was no attempt. No knock. No doorbell. Nothing.
As a result, I’m forced to go to the post office and pick up packages that should have been delivered to my door. This is not an isolated incident — it happens every other time, without fail.
It is beyond frustrating to deal with this level of negligence from a federal service. I’ve lost time, energy, and trust. This is not just poor service — it is a complete disregard for responsibility and customer care.
I sincerely hope USPS leadership will review the practices of this branch and take immediate steps to correct this ongoing failure. The public deserves better.

She is very Proffesional, nice and kind and an exelent human being!!! I hope for u to let her know that senior citizens like me r very satisfied with the way she treat us!!!
