With the amount of glitches the desktop app has it takes me longer to open the app and log in than it does to write an estimate

How come there is about six hoops I have to jump through to access information? Login is all that is needed.

Horrible customer service. They changed their renewal system AFTER I renewed for only 3 months. Charged me $900 for a service I never agreed to auto renewal on or logged into once.
