Terrible customer service. Ordered something at 8am this morning and never received an email for pickup. It's supposed to be within a 2 hr window. Went there after 9 hrs to be turned away and said wait for the email. Their phone number listed is not the actual store. How hard is it to get the item from the back instead of telling the customer that they will send an email when it's ready?! Went back and was told it's been sold out for days. Why can't you tell me that the first time around? Never have I dealt with this at other locations!

Horrible customer service. My husband and I walked in after scheduling an appointment to pick up a phone we ordered and processed online.Customer service representative Jazmine was very unprofessional and not helpful at all, very rude staff. Pointing at us and laughing among each other. I ended up submitting a complaint.Manager was helpful but I would not recommend visiting this store if you like being treated with dignity.

Worse company to deal with. They make up contracts with expensive termination penalties to obligate you to stay with Verizon until the contract ends. The catch with that is that they renew these contracts automatically. So you have to contact them to confirm the date of when the contract will end. When asked how the contract is automatically renewed the answer that I got was that I made a phone call asking why my bill increase, and after their explanation of why the bill increase, Verizon reinstate credits for bundling, and that automatically renews the contract. I also remember, confirming with every Verizon representative if my phone calls affect the contract and they say no but this year the answer was different.com To know the was renewed without my authorization.

The cable bringing service to my apt went out without anything weather issues. I tried to schedule a repair which cost me 2 hours because of unclear self scheduling and very slow customer service( who basically uses copy-paste to answer questions. ) Worst internet service ever. If I had another service in my area, I would not choose Fios.

I was racially and gender discriminated in this Verizon store by not being allowed to get inside!!! Can't believe this happened in 2022!!! This is the first time in my life that I was kicked out by a store. Thanks Verizon for this terrible experience!! The story begun when I opened a family plan with my friend at this Verizon store back in Apr. The sales person lured us to open an account by providing us with a $1000 rebate. He promised the rebate will be delivered within two months. Four months later, after countless rounds of phone calls and face-to-face talk with Verizon customer service and sales rep from the Verizon store, we still haven't got this promised "rebate". All the answer we got is just "wait". I walked into this Verizon store with my friend, who is the owner of the family plan, to look for help to get the rebate. The sales rep, who showed an attitude of not willing to host us at the beginning, only gave one solution - call customer service, which already happened tons of times. We were irritated and asked him if there are other solutions to get this rebate. The store manager came. He didn't ask what's going on but simply claimed that we didn't respect the sales person and requested us to leave the store. That is how Verizon is treating problematic customers, by using security guard to remove them from the store. I feel I have been treated this way because of our race and gender. The store manager is so arrogant and blamed everything on customers without even understanding what's going on. HOW CAN THIS DISCRIMINATED STORE EVEN EXIST IN 2022?

The manager "Linda"was very stuck up and rude to me and my 9 year old son. My question may have been dumb and she was sure to make sure I felt dumb for asking the question when I left the store. No one should treat another with such distain or flat out I would call it hatred. I felt that she should not be working in customer service at all if she is going to make another feel that low and like she is superior. This world is already mean enough without walking into a facility and being treated, while they are getting paid on the job, like utter dirt. You should not be getting paid any amount of money or even at a place where you represent the business in any way shape or form if you cannot show respect to another human being no matter what the differences are or may be.

Don't waste your time coming to this Verizon location. They will keep you standing around waiting without asking if you need help while you make It obvious your waiting for them. Then they will decide to assist someone else who comes in after you. Will not be bothering with this unprofessional and unorganized location.

Y'all are the worst .!!me and 1 other customer in the store (she's being helped) 4 other employees in a circle having a good time I walk up to one guy guy very dismissively said give me your name I'll put you in the que I asked how long the wait was ( THEIRS 2 ppl in the store) I got a yea yea yea 5-10 min you're next I waited and waited and waited during that wait NO ONE enter the store and the employees continued with there gossiping and cackling ARE YOU KIDDING ME VERIZON I'm confused do you not value my time or you don't need or want my money

This is about false claims on the pricing and performance of the Jetpack mobile hotspot. The issues are primarily related to Verizon overall rather than this specific store, so I'll repost this elsewhere if there's a better forum. There was an outright lie about pricing in a chat with a Verizon rep and speed claims aren't as indicated. After several hours in chat and some Twitter DMs, it remains unresolved, with Verizon more or less accusing me of lying while offering "thoughts and prayers." Next stop Attorney General and FTC, I reckon.

Just went to the Verizon Store in Newport Mall this week. I had AMAZING customer service from Jean. He took his time and was able to trouble shoot not only my phone but my daughters phone with a smile. We were there for over an hour and he was very polite and helpful, service with a smile! His Manager was also a great help. 5 Stars for Service!

My elderly mother-in-law went there to upgrade her phone. She had an old phone and wanted an iPhone. She didn't need anything high end and she is not tech savvy at all. They up sold her to an iPhone 11. They did not help her setup the phone. They did not transfer contacts or photos. They told her they were too busy to help. She asked if she needed a charger and they yes. Instead of showing her the charger that came with the phone they sold her a charger for an android phone. These people are horrible human beings. Just horrible.. Have a nice day

Convenient location for shoppers and residents around the area! I came to this location twice and both times we received an okay customer service. The first visit was the one I was more impressed with because the specific sales person we spoke with was honest and did not push to purchase any unnecessary phones or plans. She even printed out a return label we needed for one of our phones which eliminated having to go back home. The second visit was not as impressive. We ordered a phone via the Verizon app to be picked up in store, and it stayed pending for a while. We were on the phone with 2 Verizon customer service rep before we were finally able to retrieved the phone purchased. Took off 2 stars because irregardless of how much technology is advancing, I still don't believe employees should utilize their phone while customers are in front of them, even if we were waiting for our purchase to process.

Neat little clean store with friendly staff, but terrible customer experience. I had to come here 4x to fix an order and get a phone replaced... and the last three times they ended up directing me to call the company line and stay on hold for 40+ minutes at a time. If they don't have it immediately in stock, go somewhere else or come back later when they do, otherwise you could be waiting a long long time. The people there can do only some of the basic service items; anything beyond that and you're better off going online or calling the service number.

came into your store this morning because my service was turned off...immediately i ran into who i would later determine was the store supv....quinn....quinn's attitude which she wears all over her was unecessary.... and very unprofessional....i told her i didn't appreciate her attitude i just want help with my device.....supv. quinn then preceeded to tell me to leave the store or she would call the police....i immediately reply for what other than i was a black man! this lazy lady is very dangerous for customer service...when you ask her questions she takes them personal.....but i keep it respectful and just left .....didn't want any trouble with the police, i just wanted my phone operational ...she doesn't have the demeaner for for this position......i just wish i had recorded her acting like barbecue becky....warning warning warning supvisor quinn is bad for business!
