Always a terrible experience here. They have you make the appointment online, enter your insurance information, give you your appointment, then when you come in for your immunization they tell you that you don't have the right insurance. Ride and unhelpful. Would really rather be going to a CVS or an independent pharmacy, but this is the pharmacy indicated in the insurance networking. Just ridiculous.

The pharmacist here has the WORST PHONE attitude and manners called and asked for my medication and she was condescending and rude talking like i didn’t have money to cover my medication omg the poor education of this woman is the reason of her wage not her job!! DISGUSTING this is a pharmacy you deal with sick people DO BETTER! Hire people with empathy

By far the worst pharmacy I've been too as far as wait time. Be prepared to bring your beach chair if your coming to pick up medication.

Calling Walgreens Pharmacy several times but they keep on picking and put me back on hold and not even saying anything. I need my medicines transferred to another Pharmacy electronically because my Insurance does not take Walgreens and I need my medication asap but I was on hold for an hour already.☹️☹️☹️☹️

No one calls you if there is an issue with filling your prescription. They just leaves it unfilled even though they have all your contact information. When you call your on hold for a very long time. Than the phone rings and goes back to playing hold music. I know when that phone rings a live person can pick up at that time but they choose to put you directly back on hold. The quality of service is fallen off compared to years past. They may need new talent.

my experience in Walgreens today was horrible the people that y'all have working in front is definitely not experienced this is the second time I was in the last week the same people no experience I've been coming to Walgreens over 30 years I never seen it as this bad y'all need to train your workers

I ordered delivery from here. It was my first time trying a convenience store order on Uber Eats and they had a 50% off coupon with $30 purchase. They offered a pretty good selection of products. I got a bunch of snacks and butter which I needed in a pinch for a bread recipe! Their pick and pack process seems very efficient because the delivery arrived very quickly. Everything was packaged well.

If you enjoy never get a straight answer, being spoken to like your a child and waiting on hold for nearly 30 minutes on the phone only to have to come in and repeat the cycle all over again then this is the pharmacy for you. If you value some level of decency and minimal customer service then go anywhere else. Oh and btw…when they respond and say they were super busy. Two of their staff were just chit chatting while i was still on hold and they were answering every few minutes with, “please hold”.
