Their photo department is trash and a waste of your time for anything outside of standard 4x6 photos. Literally go anywhere else

Walgreens need to get their act together. Either this location is so grossly understaffed that they can't keep up with ordering prescriptions for people, figure out insurance which nowadays is mostly computerized and answering the their phone when somebody calls or Walgreens is so cheap that they will not pay an appropriate staff to work appropriate hours. I have tried calling five times today to not once get somebody to answer the phone and I've had my prescription order canceled also the same number of times today for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous! Already looking for new options to bring my prescription to.

Long lines that do not move. This place is understaffed and management is non existent. They should shut down or fix. Horrible experiences. It’s a bad representation for Walgreens.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered. Expect to spend 1-2 hours waiting for a prescription. At one point I even had an appointment for a vaccine and still waited an hour AFTER the appointment time before I was even spoken to. If they ask you to wait 10-15mins before the prescription is ready, it's another 40+mins (if they don't forget you're waiting). Don't bother calling either, they just pick the line up and put you back on hold over and over without ever speaking to you. There is hardly ever more than one person working the counter. Today the manager was in the pharmacy and did NOTHING to help speed up the process or cut the line down, just barked orders out at the employees who were already working.

Severely understaffed.
I was picking up a prescription, there was a line of more than 30 people, some told me they had been waiting more than an hour.
So I tried the drive-in which only had 5 cars.
I got my prescription after 1 hour and 42 minutes of waiting.
It was so long that a car ahead of me broke down and got repaired (took them an hour) and they didn't lose their place in the queue.
Unbelievable!

DO NOT USE SAME DAY DELIVERY! I paid online, and nothing ever came. I finally called (and reached) the pharmacy, and they’d never arranged a pickup. They told me the best they could do was arrange delivery the next day. I needed the medicine, so I showed up sick and waited in line 45 MINUTES. They couldn’t locate the prescriptions for 5 minutes AND THEN they made me PAY TWICE, promising my online payment would be refunded. I bet I have to call and chase over the refund too.

Inhumanely long wait times on the phone, in store, and at the drive thru. Walgreens mobile app is never accurate and same delivery is a mess. Does Walgreens pharmacy do well in any area?

Completely amateurish operation, was given wrong hours of operation from staff and my prescription wasn't ready or even available when promised. 2 hours in line and failed to fill a prescription ordered the day before. These people do not respect you or your time. They deserve minus 5 stars. Grossly overcharge you, gross incompetence, long lines. Unreal.

Only one cashier for long line. Waiting 20 minutes in line it doesn’t make sense it is not only today it’s always Friday and Saturday
And by the end you find rude cashier it’s so weird

The service at this pharmacy is completely indifferent much of the time. They just don't seem to care most days and often act as though you're bothering them. They do not answer the phone, so don't bother to call.
