They never answer the phone just keep you on hold forever and when they do answer its a hellscape of an experience trying to get on the same page with them. Currently writing this while I'm sitting on hold, I've heard them pick up and put me back on hold several times... no greeting or anything yet lol.Rough experience every time at the pharmacy and I don't even know if I can fully blame the pharmacists because it's probably a combination of burnout from dealing with frustrated customers and corporate on the other end not giving them enough staff/support. I've worked in service jobs before and get it but damn the consistency of terrible service is what gets me. It's very rare that I don't need to set aside at least an hour to deal with this pharmacy. By the way, still on hold as I write this. They've probably "answered" and put me back on hold at least 10 times at this point.While I can empathize with the fact that the circumstances are probably being made worse by corporate and not the staff members themselves- there are absolutely no customer service standards being held at this location which only makes the issue more obvious and frustrating. Yikes man. By the way, still on hold.

This review is not out of anger but after multiple disappointing engagements with this Walgreens Pharmacy. I fill my prescription every six months and I’ve had a problem every time. The pharmacy is never ready with your medicine and I’ve been asked to wait multiple times for long hours. They will never fill your prescription on time even if they have been given a week. It’s very inconvenient and they are particularly rude about it. Even if you offer to wait, they’ll call you to come pick it up and not have it ready. Worst Walgreens Ever.

The manager GISELLE doesn't have no experience with customer service I did a transaction at a register to do cash back next thing you know they told me it was voided the money will be back on my account and im telling them and showing my account was taken $10 but didnt care about it so now i lost 10 dollars cause they telling me it will be back on my card they couldn't even print me a receipt next day money never deposited on my account like i was telling them they did a mistake but didn't want to deal with it had to call my bank the next day and tell them I got a fraudulent transaction on my account when they could of easily gave me my money and a receipt like a normal cashier would do..

Walk in with my wife..at checkout was questioned if I was with her..second time I went like 3 days later was followed around. Horrible place.

Walgreens in general just sucks. Their website says nothing at all about having to schedule a PCR in a car. I scheduled my PCR and they told me it was drive thru service only and to get an Uber. anytime I have come here for anything besides picking up overpriced items in a pinch it is mismanaged. Cops here for security are always on their phones. No customer service number to call. Have to keep using this pharmacy but otherwise will not spend a cent at a Walgreens ever.

Always a terrible experience here. They have you make the appointment online, enter your insurance information, give you your appointment, then when you come in for your immunization they tell you that you don't have the right insurance. Ride and unhelpful. Would really rather be going to a CVS or an independent pharmacy, but this is the pharmacy indicated in the insurance networking. Just ridiculous.

I booked an appointment for a Covid vaccine online, and when I showed up for my appointment, the pharmacist told me that the vaccine was not in stock and I could not receive the vaccine. I should not be able to make an appointment online if the vaccine is not available!

I'm not coming to this location at 3 am for fun. I'm coming because I don't feel well and need something to help. But the doors are locked and no one to answer the phone. If this isn't a 24 hour location, adjust the hours.
