This Walgreens location is very inconvenient for FedEx returns. They don’t print return labels, which makes it difficult since many companies provide only a return barcode. On top of that, they don’t accept any FedEx packages after Friday 4 PM until Monday, claiming it’s their store policy and that they’re “not actually FedEx.” If that’s the case, I don’t understand why they’re listed as a FedEx location. FedEx should remove this store from their website to avoid misleading customers.

I went to this store today, The guy in the cash counter doesn't even like indians. I want to return my iPhone 17 pro case but the guy in the counter is very rude. He didn't my parcel and make me stand for long time. Please don't go to this store.

I am extremely disappointed with a recent experience at your stores. Walgreens promoted a deal: buy two items and receive a gift card. However, after visiting multiple Walgreens locations in my area, none of them had the gift cards available.
This is completely unacceptable. If you advertise a promotion, your stores should be properly stocked. Instead, this feels misleading—like you’re attracting customers to the store without delivering the promised reward. I wasted my time, gas, and effort driving to different stores, only to be told the same thing: “We don’t have the gift card.”
How is it possible that Walgreens launches a promotion without ensuring that customers can actually receive what was promised? This does not align with the standards of a reputable company.
I expect a resolution. Either Walgreens must honor this promotion by sending me the gift card that was advertised, or provide fair compensation for the inconvenience caused. Otherwise, I will have to seriously reconsider shopping at Walgreens in the future.

Today I went and asked the lady lewaskie I think her name is I have done this plenty of times and she told me I had to paid an extra 30dollars wen all she had to do was scare the barcode then she is specifically said if u don't like it go to another store I was embarrassed to be served by someone like that if u keep her then there goes my business cause I come here alot so if it's like that u won't have no customers left never had an issue here but she must think she Owen's the place but today if u don't hire the correct people it's your lost not mine at the end of the day

I go to this Walgreen's at least twice a week in the morning to buy Diet Coke, groceries, etc. First, the store is clean, which I appreciate. Second, the staff is friendly and helpful--always. Third, the manager Yari does a great job making sure customer time waiting at the register is as short as possible. This is as good a Walgreen's as I've been to.

Needs to allow negative ratings. Apparently "corporate" told all Walgreens to call the pharmacy between 1:30-2 for lunch. Corporate won't spend money paying people so they needed to do this WITHOUT sending an email to all customers advising them of this. Showed up today at 1:25. Gate was down. Spoke with employee at front who in typical retail attitude shrugged her shoulders . Pharmacy manager showed up at 1:30 with McDonalds and I said you guys never did this and were closed before 1:30. She said she needed to get lunch: I then pointed to the sign and she said oh well. When I told her Walgreens will start losing customers over this she said "I don't think so." Well they lost me. Today is the last time. Pathetic. My doctor hates dealing with Walgreens and now he won't have to anymore.
