I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mariana M. Ghaly and Marcos Antonio Gomez. Their customer service and ability to manage expectations were severely lacking. After already waiting 45 minutes, I was suddenly told to wait another 30 minutes because they had an appointment—despite being in the middle of receiving assistance. Professionalism means finishing what you start, not leaving a client midway through a service. Instead of prioritizing customer care, they chose to stop assisting me and failed to provide a reasonable solution. This lack of consideration and respect for clients’ time is unacceptable.

Seeing how they have a 1.5 review. I can believe it! I try my best to avoid this location! I think everybody there is miserable. They purposely make you wait with their "acting like they are busy" tactics. I walked in today. I explain I just needed to fax paper work to WF and the guy made me wait longer than I needed. He could of taken 2 minutes out while the client was signing papers to fax 1 sheet of paper. I explained that my car was parked illegally (parking sucks in that area) You can see it on his face he just wanted to be a prick about things. I went out to check on my car and sure enough the parking authorities were out there giving out tickets. I jumped in my car and left. I waited 15 mins! Something he could have asked the bankers or just excuse himself with the client to take care of me. I was not asking for royal treatment. Just a quick fax and I wouldn't be here writing a review about this negative location. The energy. Lighting & everything about this place screams. CLOSE ME DOWN! I rather deal with the ppl at Newport Center who go out of their way to make sure you see them! This place by JSQ is just not a good location. Burn some sage and hire kewl happy folks! The bank tellers are nice and they do their best, but the ones who sit at a desk are really miserable especially the guy!!!!

Walls Fargo is the worst, I am a member, I have bank accounts and I went to cash a check and they told me NO and gave me no explanation, being completely legal in my rights, all the people at that bank should give you talks on how to deal with people, when the owner of the account called they said that they could give him the money, but not me. It's incredible I had to go to another one, I would never go back! I HOPE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PERSON

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a branch! Unbelievable.. I had to leave, call customer service to complain about the branch. I’m so disappointed on how the service was given to me.

To summarize my experience in this bank it was far and beyond. The customer service was the best thanks to Marcos the e one who entertained and helped me. The process was just so quick and they will help you what account would fit on you. I thought no bank would ever help me then it was heaven sent. Godspeed!

The customer service at this branch is lacking. The tellers don't really seem to care compared to tellers at other Wells Fargo locations. The whole reason anyone goes inside a bank anymore is to conduct transactions they can't do online or through an atm, so you want people who are knowledgeable and know how to deal with customers. I've never tried to open an account here or take out a loan , but I wouldn't attempt it. I would do that at a real location, like the one downtown. For example, I try to conduct a transaction here and the teller just stares at me blankly if there's a problem, and offers no recourse. Sorry, pal, not everything always goes smoothly and sometimes you have to call over a manager to help. That's assuming a manager is even around. That's another thing. There's times when a manager needs to be there to approve large transactions and she has already left for the day. Why is that acceptable? This is just a couple of the reasons I would rather do my business at the downtown location even if it is a little further away.

There’s always only one teller. There would be a long line and there are bank employees pretending to be busy behind the counter. Happens every time I come to this branch.

Great bank. Customer service is very good. No complaints there. Both the tellers and the bank officers are very helpful, professional, and cordial. They actually do their best to help you and resolve your issues. And their mobile app is very user friendly and secure. Very easy to navigate. Two this up for Wells Fargo.

I would've given 1 star if I could. Spoke to my lawyer about possibly pursuing a discrimination case with 2 of the tellers at this branch. Came in one afternoon on my lunch break to withdraw a large sum from my account ($10,000). They took my driver's license (okay) identity purposes, slid my card (okay) was told the had to make a few calls, mind you never gave back my license. So I am literally standing there for at least 7 minutes. When next to me a gentleman came in (white man) stated he wanted to withdraw $10,000 . The only security check sought of speak, was he being told by the teller..he had to call the bank to state he's coming to withdraw a large amount. I was still standing there feeling humiliated. I asked for my license several times, because he acted as if he didn't want to give it back. After work I went to the Wells Fargo in my hometown to withdraw the same amount of money, and did so with no problem whatsoever. These people are mean and depressing. Something needs to be done besides the owner saying he's sorry.Lisa

This bank is so unprofessional! Came in this afternoon (rainy day), there was only one “client” in the entire branch, after being “helped” by a dosing off security guard. My husband and I sat down to speak to a representative. Sat there for some time and was never acknowledged by a representative. Instead, the manager or whoever she was calls a teller over to see what we needed help with. The teller proceeded to “help us” by giving us redundant information being that she could not or would not help us today because we needed to make an appointment. I get COVID has given everyone new protocols to follow but there was no one else in the bank!! Why do I have to wait for an appointment within week(s), when I came prepared to make minor changes on an account. Im sorry I made the mistake of believing staff is being paid to help clientele. Anyway, continue dosing off, being bored or simply ignoring clients that’s the way to get people to use your bank! This place is a joke and needs to be trained on work etiquette.

Fatima Sanchez (service manager) lied right to my face. There was one teller and a line of 5 people and the bank manager was making up stuff about why they can't help us to clear the line. Told me I couldn't deposit a check when I've done so multiple times. Gave me sarcastic "advice" about other options that weren't viable like "mailing the check" with a horrible attitude. Drove to the branch in downtown and they took care of me in 5 minutes. This branch is run by low lives.
