This location has an ATM that took cash during a deposit, did not enter it into my account and did not return it. Never use this bank never, use their ATMs. They take your money and do not give it back.

Tried to cash a $5000 check and experienced a lot of indirect racism , the teller Tatiana explained to me that after verifying my check they typically have a courtesy of calling back office in order to push a check through being that my grandmother accidentally wrote “2023” on the check instead of “2024” … they called my grandmother verified that she wrote the check and everything was clear and good to go but yet, the manager of that branch, (who is a short Hispanic man) refused to make the call to back office in order to get my check pushed through and send me on my way as a satisfied customer…
He gave no clear explanation as to why they wouldn’t take the time to make the call to back office but had no problem having me there for almost an hour making calls to verify my check and check the numbers on it over 5 times ….
Was very upset wasting my time at this location and they make it very clear that if you are a new BLACK cusromer that they don’t know , they will not go out of their way to help you and have you leave a satisfied customer and potentially a future customer.
All in all I wouldn’t recommend banking with this branch unless you have all the patience in the world.

There were two people behind the counter but only one of them was helping people. Not one person let me know that someone will help me soon. There were two ladies in one office laughing and joking around but no assistance from anyone. Least favorite location.

They’ve helped me a lot with my accounts so I don’t want to leave a horrible review. But, I will say it’s so crowded here 24-7 even during a weekday. I’ve pulled up to the teller to deposit a check 3 different times and almost every single time…nobody shows up or they say they’re too busy inside to help people at the teller area. A little advice would be to close the teller area off if you’re going to ignore people or if the service is not possible there. This is because people sit there and wait while nobody shows up.

No matter what time of day, you can count on either only 1 or nobody at the front. The tellers who are present are slow, the lines are insane, and I’m not sure how this place is operational at all. It desperately needs more than 2 tellers. They just did some renovations on the inside, but failed to improve any way that would make any banking process quicker or more efficient.

You know you get that vibe when you have a bank teller wouldn't let me money order go because it wasn't signed and wanted someone else's signature absolute joke been doing this for 3 years not a problem with me signing wouldn't support this one.

Absolute disregard for neighbors. Hiring powerwashers to clean at 1130PM?! Awful reputation doesn't stop at finances.
