Amazing staff, I had Jessica helping me for my little shopping trip, nothing was too much hassle for her she went above and beyond. The other lady was very helpful and lovely too. Should be very proud of your staff 🥰 thank you

100/10!!It’s about time I leave a review bc every time I come to this location the service is outstanding. It’s really rare to find immaculate customer service in the JC/NY area. I use to work in retail so I appreciate the attentiveness, good energy and friendliness! S/O to Estephanie, Bre, Velma for being angels!! I shop here often as well as the Staten Island and the Soho location and I must say this store has the best product and the amazing customer service. I can tell Windsor all around the board carries the same training. Vilma i believe thats how its spelled was amazing. She helped my daughter pick out a prom dress as well as shoes and accessories. Kuddos to Windsor for their amazing service and Vilma for her attententivness to my daughter and myself. I will be returning this week to shop for her prom dress.

The Morgan Formal Flocked Velvet dress saved the day!!! My local dry cleaners ruined my original dress I was going to wear to my friends wedding the Day before her wedding at 6pm. I RANNNN to the Newport Mall, Jersey City. Went straight to Windsor, and the Manager and sales associates were the BEST, Vilma, Mia and Brianna, this was back in August 2022. I saw this dress and my heart dropped, but they didn't have my size on the floor yet ( since they were restocking) Mia and Brianna were helping me find different dresses that fit my vibe, my size, with only 30 minutes before they close, they were still giving me the best service. Months later I am still beyond grateful. I was about buy a different dress, but the manager could see I really wanted the green dress. She went above and beyond to find my size. I literal CRIED at the register. I was SO HAPPPY!!!!!!

The two girls working there today were such great help! I went in for a dress and was ver indecisive, they asked me about what event it was for and helped me decide. Windsor is one of my favorite stores to shop at and having great customer service is always a plus!

Today I was running out of options in finding an outfit for my daughter's graduation. Then when I was thinking to myself that all hope was lost, I stumbled upon this store called Windsor. Oh my goodness it was a blessing in the sky. The clothing were so amazing and on point, but these lovely women both Bri and Nia, made my day super special. They assisted me through till the very end. They were passionate about offering good services to the customers, they were friendly, helpful, always having a pleasant face, a good sense of fashion and ofcourse they all thought that I was cool, giving them jokes. Lol....I Just loved my experience there and I will always go back just because they made me feel so special.. and will definitely show them pictures of my lovely outfit they helped me with.. Love them❤️❤️❤️
