Excellent Service! From the moment o spoke with India Burgess and was connected to Nicole Anderson, the branch manager to set up an account, the process was so smooth. I’ve been wanting to open an account with this credit Union for a while and I’m so happy that I took the steps to finally open it. Ms. Nicole Anderson was so pleasant, she walked me through the account opening process from start to finish, I’m so appreciative of her. I look forward to eventually moving all of my accounts here. I have been a member for over 20 years and the credit union always helps me !!! Today i visited JSQ and was assisted by the Branch manager Nicole Anderson who has helped me for many many years always pleasant and knowledgeable, I needed a loan and Nicole and The Director of lending Herrse went above and beyond !!!! I love my credit union and will spread my great experience!

The female teller with short hair and glasses provided exceptional service during my recent visit (5/8/24). Her attention to detail and efficiency ensured that all my needs were promptly addressed. Unlike some individuals who offer minimal assistance, she went above and beyond to ensure my understanding and satisfaction. Regrettably, I did not obtain her name during my brief visit, but I commend her professionalism and express my gratitude for her outstanding assistance. The overall experience was efficient, with minimal waiting time.
