I was not able to pick up before closing time yet they made an exception for me and took payment over the phone and left the trailer parked outside as requested . “I don’t have the words to express how incredible this shop is, especially Kayla. I stopped in to get an estimate for damage caused by a valet. The valet service refused to cover the repairs, and Kayla encouraged me to contact them again. Unfortunately, they were even worse the second time around.
Kayla had asked me to keep her updated, so I did. Even though the repairs were going to be expensive, she went out of her way to help me find solutions I could live with, saving me a huge amount of money. I honestly don’t know how to repay her for her kindness, patience, and huge heart.
While I waited for my car, I overheard her on the phone with other customers, and she was just as professional, kind, and sincere with each and every one. Kayla is a true asset to this business, and because of her, I’ll recommend this shop to everyone I know.”
“Last 2 photos show the golf ball sized dent in my hood, just left of the hood scoop. The first 2 photos show their work. The dent repair, and the paint job was done perfectly. I can’t see any signs of the main dent or any little dings and scratches my car has picked up over the 5 years I’ve driven it as my daily.
For sure coming back to Lentz for anything I’ll ever need in the future.

This was my first time ever needing body work after being rear-ended, and I truly had no idea where to start. From the moment I called, the staff at Marlboro Auto Body Shop was extremely responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to help me through the entire process.
Nicole was absolutely fantastic — she walked me through every single step, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience so much less stressful. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! There was a small issue we noticed afterward, and the shop immediately took care of it. They even personally drove me back to the rental car location while they kept my car a bit longer to make sure everything was perfect.
The level of service, care, and professionalism here is unmatched. I genuinely hope I don’t need their services again anytime soon (for obvious reasons!), but if I ever did, I’d come back here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend — truly 10/10 experience.”

“Urgent - please read the following review. First off, I've been searching for an autobody shop & mechanic for many years. Not only have I found the last shop I will ever deal with but the calmness of the owner, Amy and the fact that I was a mess because my teenage son got into his first accident. The new Mazda 3 Turbo was literally a mess along the entire drivers side - cracked and broken panels, mirror completely taken off, bent rim, and a slew of other issues. Amy calmed me down and walked me through the entire process, along with working with my Insurance. She timed me dropping off the car perfectly and it was back in less than 10 days looking better than it did when I got out of the showroom. My son was so happy! Amy, you are one in a million, not to mention how kind and hard working your crew is. People, trust me when I tell you that Sutton Collision & Mechanics are in a class by themselves.
