These guys are great. They worked on an engine problem that I thought would give my car a new home at the junk yard. It nkw runs without a problem.

I am so happy I discovered this place last Friday, it absolutely will be my primary go to shop from now on. I had problem with my car for long time. It felt like I have only half of the car power and anytime I will be taken a long trip, I was scared my car is gonna die and I will be towing it back home. Any shop I was before, couldn't figure out exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. "Maybe this - maybe that", but every "maybe" cost big $$$ to try and see if it works. But not at this shop (JSL Auto). Here mechanic after testing my car told me exactly what was wrong and was able to fixed it at the same Friday. Apparently it was just a set of sensors that needed to be replaced, not a half of my car. And what a difference, I got my car back, 100% power. Thank you JSL Auto. Thank you very-very much

So, what does an oil change consist of...??? Checking ALL FLUID LEVELS!!! WHATS WRONG WITH THESE LAZY A#@ MECHANICS NOWADAYS??? They did a half a#@ job on my oil change... did not put any coolant, windshield wiper fluid, no air inside all four tires!!! AND DID NOT INFORM ME THAT THEY DID NOT FILL ANYTHING UP...This is why it is highly recommended to NEVER go here for an oil change!!! Go to an OFFICIAL place. THEY COULD'VE CAUSED DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE, I SHOULD SUE ?

These guys don’t take responsibility for your vehicle under their care. We witnessed them physically bending back our auto mirrors when they’re automatic and now the auto mirrors don’t work. When approached within seconds they denied their actions & immediately refused any responsibility. This was my sons truck a Cadillac Escalade EXT. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND DON’T TREAT YOUR VEHICLE WITH RESPECT WHILE IN THEIR HANDS. This was also the 2nd time something didn’t work when I received my vehicle back under their watch! Gino would have never handled his long time customers in this manner. There was no reason to be touching or forcing the mirror open in the 1st place. They said in front of my son who also witnessed them extended the mirror past its capability we can’t prove they did it. Nice guys!! Not!!

These guys are awesome! I was worried that after 15 years with Gino, the previous owner, I wouldn't like/trust them like I did Gino. But they are honest, reasonable, and very responsive. They replaced my entire subframe in a week and a half, and that's including parts delivery. They are super helpful answering questions, and if your problem is just a minor one, they won't try to upsell you on anything. Will definitely use again!Service: Steering & suspension replacement
