“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. “This is my local Post Office. It is near so the neighbors do not need to go another mile to get to another Post Office. It is really convenient. The mails get to me in time almost without exception. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood so it is not as busy as other big Post Offices. Get to know the staff and you should enjoy doing business with them.”

They take the time to be informative to customers about the different options to mail packages, are patient with difficult customers and overall have a positive vibe. This is a major departure from the staff a few years ago. I actually enjoy coming here to mail my packages! Lexie specifically is always positive and helpful, but the whole staff is great.”
“I was in this post office this morning. Normally I drop the package and leave but today I need some help so I asked for it. The lady (Gloria) listened to my situation and explained to me the options. At the end, the problem was solved in a very efficient way. It's a great experience!
This post office used to be the worst around this area (about 7 or 8 years ago) due to one very rude lady. But things have changed dramatically after the lady left.”

“Went there to mail out a package. The clerk told me he has no money and only credit card or ATM cards will be accepted. I needed to add some tape to secure box and price of the $4.99 is kinda steep but I used my card and purchased it. The was only one person in there. Took care of my business and left. The clerk was very busy and my opinion toy should have 2 people there. Services were done with a smi,e but I can see the guy was tired. He did a great job taking care of all his customers.”
