Urgent - please read the following review. First off, I've been searching for an autobody shop & mechanic for many years. Not only have I found the last shop I will ever deal with but the calmness of the owner, Amy and the fact that I was a mess because my teenage son got into his first accident. The new Mazda 3 Turbo was literally a mess along the entire drivers side - cracked and broken panels, mirror completely taken off, bent rim, and a slew of other issues. Amy calmed me down and walked me through the entire process, along with working with my Insurance. She timed me dropping off the car perfectly and it was back in less than 10 days looking better than it did when I got out of the showroom. My son was so happy! Amy, you are one in a million, not to mention how kind and hard working your crew is. People, trust me when I tell you that Sutton Collision & Mechanics are in a class by themselves. Hands down the best of the best! Highly recommended! My dad was in a car accident and had some major damage to the front end, his car is his baby! Dealt with Amy and made the whole process so smooth! Took care of the insurance for us and fixed his car in a timely matter! It came out perfect, my dad is so happy! Doesn’t even look like it was in an accident! Thank you Amy and all the guys in the shop!

Our 2019 Terrain has been nothing but a headache. Jim Curley and GM refused to help. Sutton Collision saved us in 3 days. Highly recommend!

If I can rate a 0 I would've. They just did a half fast job. It was my whole front end and hood, it was also supposed to be few more things that they missed. The cover on the bottom of the car that protects dubri from going inside and the wheel covers. When I got it the hood wasn't new which they said they prob couldn't get a new one, don't ask me why? Bc it went through insurance. Anyway the hood didn't line up, just off, u can still see little dent and when shut it u can tell they couldn't even line it up. Ok gave them benefit of the doubt. They tried. Next I leave there couple days later I had to go under hood and it wouldn't stay open bc to come to find out they never even put the hydrolix that keeps the hood from shutting and opening. Ok when I called I had to go there for them to see it and see if it's approved through insurance, well that should've been taking care of when u gave estimate. But yes it got approved and when parts came in they told me to bring car and they did it. My problem with this company was ok I get it I texted Amy months later the owner that my front end was coming off the clips and etc... She replied back you should've notified us when you left with car . How the hell do u do that when it started happening couple months later and no I didn't hit anything or go over anything you can tell it was on their end. But she didn't wanna hear it. I have pics to prove it and showed her. A normal business owner would've said come in and let us check it out, but not her. So months later where my car basically looks like the way it went in. Terrible it's sad because it wasn't a cheap job. It's like they rigged everything up. Moral of the story is you live and you learn. I'll take the loss, but the right thing they could've done was at least look at it. I would never recommend this place or refer anyone.

Recently i had my car repaired by Sutton Collision & I couldn't be happier with the experience!! My girl Amy put my mind as ease the second our car arrived at her and her husbands shop.
The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. My car looks amazing and it feels as good as new. I was also impressed by their reasonable pricing and the transparency throughout the process.
I highly recommend them for any car repairs. Their exceptional service and expertise have earned my trust and future business. Thank you so very much!

Ive been using Gary of Sutton Collision for over 20 years at this point (pre body shop days). Everything from general maintenance on my and family vehicles, to custom work on both race cars and offroad vehicles. They’ve done body repairs for multiple vehicles from personal to family business to complete satisfaction each and every time.
I’ve even got a pile of parts for the current vehicle to go on once I make an appointment! Gary and his crew are second to none in our area and beyond..

Sutton Collision (Amy & Gary) are the best in the area. They are responsive, fast, priced well and always there for you when needed. If you have an issue they can take care of it. They have helped several family members with insurance claims and helped to get things resolved quickly and correctly. They have even helped me purchase cars to ensure I was making a good investment by taking a look at it before final purchase. You name it they are there for you. Extremely knowledgeable and dependable.

Gary and his crew did an amazing job making my banged-up Camper Van look like new again. I brought it in with various issues that each required expertise, craftsmanship, and some creativity.
Additionally, they are very customer-focused and friendly to work with. They also gave me a fair price and handled the work quickly.
Lastly, I was grateful for their extra effort when a family emergency prevented me from picking up the vehicle. They kindly arranged to drop it off for my use!

It's rare finding a shop that you trust 100%, but Gary and Amy are literally the best! My husband and I both go to Sutton for all of our car needs and maintenance. They truly do superb, detailed work and are the nicest people. Very fair pricing and they are quick.Services: Tires

We’ve had the body shop repair my personal vehicle after two different accidents and you wouldn’t be able to tell. Paint was flawless as well as the body & mechanical repairs done.They’ve also repaired multiple paint flaws on several fleet vehicles for my in-laws and each time their customer service and work is perfect.
