“In all honesty, A&B Collision exceeded my expectations. Not only are they fast and efficient, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They were honest, professional, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. Initially, everything was scheduled through my insurance, including my rental. From the moment I walked into the shop, everything was explained thoroughly, including the expected time my car would be finished. Honestly, I didn’t believe them at first. On top of that, I was hesitant to add other services that I had been wanting to get done for a long time within the same time frame. But since I had a free rental through my insurance, I decided to ask about it anyway. I was nervous that adding personal services outside of the accident would cause my insurance to cut off my rental. I originally came in for my driver-side panel due to an accident, but I ended up adding additional work that included the misalignment front bumper and the messed up rear bumper that I wanted done personally. Somehow, this shop managed to align my front bumper, change my back bumper, and work on my driver-side panel all within one week. That truly amazed me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and on time. My favorite part was the complimentary customer service the manager added, thank you so much. I am beyond grateful and would not hesitate to come back here. I hope to never get into accidents again, but if I do, I’ll see you guys then!

Yasself went above and beyond with some extra work i asked him to do. They were also transparent with PPF application giving me options to go bulk or pre-cut, they respected my budget constraints and didn't try and upsell me or make me uncomfortable...i have to do a little more hands on maintenance on the edges with pre-cut but I signed up for it! “There’s no car wash experience better than splash n dash. It’s really a hidden gem of Jersey city. When you pull up your car is hand washed from the outside and the team doesn’t miss a speck of dirt. The vibes are always immaculate and the music and atmosphere turn a chore into a great time. They’re right next to Firestone so it’s easy to bring my car for a wash after being serviced. I am a huge fan of the rewards splash stars system and I tell all my friends to use splash n dash. They take such good care of their customers! Their interior work can’t be beat and such a great value for the whole wash. I always leave smiling. Couldn’t recommend George and his team enough. “Where do I start… I went to Wet Paint Auto Detailing for a detailed cleaning on my car, and when I tell you they did the unexpected, I mean just that! My car is soooo clean! My daughter and grandson had BBQ sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and all kinds of other messes all over my back seats and cup holders. I also had a big stain on the passenger side that I honestly thought was impossible to remove. But when I picked up my car, the first thing I said was, “OMG, is this my car?!” ? That’s how good it looked — brand new!

“These guys are fantastic. I found a car I liked at Cars Hut right next door. I told the owners I couldn't buy a car that didnt have a mechanic look it over. Fortunately these guys have late hours on a Saturday so they took me right in. They did a thorough inspection as if I were a loyal customer instead of someone who just came in off the street. They took the time to explain to me what needed fixing short term and long term, that it was all normal wear and tear and that they would feel comfortable buying this vehicle for their teenage daughter after the necessary repairs were made. Their diagnostic fee was more than reasonable for the peace of mind that provided to me and my family. I returned the car to the dealership and will be finalizing the purchase of it on Monday!
