Wow I see the comments and I say it's true my husband came because every time he uses the card the ATM blocks it people are very unpleasant if you have work clothes you come with a horrible face the girl who helped us said if you have social and I treat it horrible I said what's the problem I'm American I looked at my passport with a smile he said oh no nothing's wrong he made us wait another hour and we had to go back to work we left I read the comments it's not professional at all we went ah Harrison we explained the situation they apologized to me the bank and they took great care of us. You have to know how to take care of the customer because we trust you, it is our money that we work with.

My self, and my two adult daughters, all have accounts at Bank of America. Both of my daughters accounts were made when they were minors, so my name is attached to their accounts. We never bothered to remove my name now that they are adults. My younger daughter is mentally ill and got tricked on social media and ended up getting scammed. Her account went -$2300. I called Bank of America to file a claim, and to let them know she was scammed after a few weeks they zeroed out the negative account and closed it. , Which was fine. Today we realized that they went into my other daughters account and took the $2300 from her account! She had nothing to do with the scamming and it's only because my name was on all three of our accounts, and I didn't have enough money in my account. I guess so they took it from my older daughter. I've been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and neither me nor my daughters did anything wrong. We were the victims of a scam by some stranger and we are now the victims of robbery by Bank of America because they stole $2300 from my Daughter's account. There is so much more that I could tell you. I was on the phone for three hours the other day, trying to straighten this out with four different associates, and each one of them had a different story to tell me and none of them really made sense. today when I called I was given more miss information I'm disgusted and so angry! My older daughter had nothing to do with this and they had the nerve to go into her account and take $2300 because my mentally ill daughter got tricked online by some scammer. I'm telling everybody I know not to use Bank of America and I'll be all over social media with this as well. This is wrong.

Terrible, terrible. The service I received today convinced me to change the bank. I’m taking my money to Chase.They have one teller, extremely slow. The ATM’s are not working. I was waiting 30 min on line just to make a deposit because this one teller took forever with just one person.There’s a blonde woman, which I think it’s the manager, walking around instead of helping the people on line.

I deposited a check at the ATM of this branch on Saturday, Dec 11, the account reflects that it would be available next business day. Witch had to be available by Monday.. I call customer service they told me that the checks had not been pulled out of the ATM..now my account reflects a negative balance and in order to satisfy my current transactions.. I will be charged 35 in overdraft fees cause they have been so laid back at this branch.. I will never do a transaction at this branch ever again..Thanks Bank Of america Kearny branch

The worst branch in town. Customer service is awful, employees are lazy and hesitant to help with the smallest thing. Bank of America should really consider closing this branch

The gentleman there was absolutely disgusting to my wife and even to his female co worker. How he still has a job is beyond me. If there was anything less than 1 star that’s what this location would rate.

I have called this bank now 15 times in the past week trying to get a location specific question answered.All 15 calls went unanswered. All at different times not right after another. This is appalling customer service. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Stay away!!! Long line as always no matter when you go. One teller very slow. It’s like everyday is here first day at work and NO! I don’t want to use the atm.

Great bank, HORRIBLE Branch. Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone .. this Branch needs some serious customer service training. We drive out to the Branch in Belleville instead for the business and our personal accounts.

Probably one of the worst bank of america locations ever. Bank of America is a good bank to have, is just this office in particular is awful. They're not useful at all, especially in a time of need, like were facing with this pandemic. The service of this BoA is horrible.

*Warning* unless you have actual business with BoA (such signing an account with them, or have an account with them), they wont even bother dealing with you. I'm not saying all BoA, but this was the feeling i'm getting from THIS BoA from the lady, who was the teller around 12 pm.Did not even bother to ask if i wanted an account, just gave me some lame excuse why i couldnt cash my check, and was pretty smug about it.I just wanted to cash my check (which was from BoA) from my school, thats all. I had to go to a checking place and was charge 90$ to have it cashed.Terrible, terrible service BoA.
