Bjs always come through for me with delivery options available or even in store. What I love about this place most is that they always have digital coupons you can preload to your card for deals. They also accept manufacturers' coupons too. They have a huge walk in that you could literally stroll for hours. Rarely, they have samples of random items throughout the store. It's better to go mid week if you're trying to avoid long lines and large crowds. Weekends are for the gangster shoppers who don't mind being on mile long lines. The produce is mostly fresh and filled to the brim. Veggies and fruits are neatly stacked. They have a decent cheese area. Plenty of frozen and fresh goods and the prices sometimes go up and down but usually still much cheaper to buy in bulk. I have done my shopping with BJs and without it and let me say it's always better with it. The workers here work very hard and customer service is good. It can be chaotic at times depending on the day but it's always worth it. Great selections, great prices.

One of the worst BJs I've ever been to. 9:00am, they are open since 8:00am and there is only one cashier open, the self checkout are all closed still. There a huge line, we pay membership for a reason, totally not worth it.

I come here all the time to do insta cart, y'all need to hire people!!! The lines are ridiculously long, y'all have 1 cashier, stop being cheap and hire more people!!!

This BJ Customer server just bad. I waited more than 20 minutes and there was 5 people on line behind me. When I asked the manager if someone can help out. Her answer was “I don’t know where the other guy went. I am looking for him”.Advice: you are the manager if you see the line was more than 5 people help out until who ever you looking for return. Customers don’t have to know if your employees are missing. Maybe they are missing because you are not doing good job. Lead by example is the key.

I have been a member here for about two years and an overall member for about eight years. The club is clean, well stocked and the prices are better than a traditional grocery store. I would suggest going after work on a weekday because it is busy on the weekend. They may not have every item that you are looking for which requires shopping at one other store.This location has been very helpful to me because I dropped my phone in this large store, a staff member found it and I was able to retrieve it. I will continue to shop here and I am proud to say that they have a winning mix of available products, low prices, a clean store and a great staff.

This placed was jammed packed. But the lines were moving quickly. The place was well stocked and organized. I had no staff interactions as I knew what I was getting and where everything was. Got in and out as fast as possible.

Avoid coming to this BJ's... Really disorganized.. looks like its running through some management problem. Staff are rude. Also they were not taking safety precautions with the forklift. The forklift was being used less than 2 feet away from the customers. They Deserve no stars⭐!
