I needed change to vacuum my car and asked the attendant, but he didn’t have any. He pointed me to the gas station across the street since they also have a vacuum. I had already parked, so I walked over to get change—only to notice that their machine accepts cards. I wish he had mentioned that. Also, the vacuum station doesn’t have a trash can, so if you need to throw out any garbage, bring your own trash bag and dispose of it elsewhere.

Maybe they are not cleaning water properly, I get some interruptions in engine beat. Pump attendant tells me today 9:15 pm he doesn’t know how to enter reward details and walks away to attend his friends call in Arabic.

The attendant started filling my vehicle with the wrong octane, was generally unfriendly, and asked for a tip at the end. He was visibly annoyed when I said no tip. I will go out of my way to avoid this gas station and recommend others do the same.

The person who attended me on 03/21/2025 at 5:40 PM is a terrible person. He demanded a tip, got angry because I didn’t have cash, and, as revenge, left the gas cap open. And oh, surprise—my car showed a warning light. Not knowing what it could be, I had to waste a day at Toyota and spend $215, only to find out that it was all because they had left the fuel cap open. I can’t believe that just because I didn’t give them a couple of dollars for their terrible service, I ended up losing so much money. I’m really upset and hope you can make up for the damage.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I usually get my gas here whenever I’m heading to work and the new guy gave me the most terrible service ever. He refused to hand me my card and asked me to give him a tip first LIKE WHATTT!!!!!!. I didn’t even have any cash on me and I told him I don’t have cash on me right now and he asked to show him my wallet to show him proof. What kind of service is this, this guy should be fired or properly trained I’m never going to this gas station again.

I usually always put my gas here. Recently, however, a new guy gave us a very bad experience. He hit our car and was very rude throughout the entire interaction. When we were done, he asked for a tip, which has never happened before. We had some change and gave him some quarters. He scoffed and rolled his eyes, insulted with what we gave him. We are under no obligation to give tips, especially when this is the service available. Train your staff to at least be decent human beings with customers. Terrible experience, you just lost a customer.

$175 preauthorization, no matter how much gas you’re getting. Employee acts like they don’t know what that means then just says “we don’t serve you”
