Nice enough staff, but Reggie the manager did not honour his staff’s promise to return my deposit when the staff member specifically said it would be refundable.

This is a great convenient place for storage. The attendant at the New Rochelle location, Jasmine, was kind and professional when showing me the storage area and accessing the elevators. Highly recommended.

Fair prices clean easy access to the space you rent drive right up inside the building. Down side, you can only access the unit till 10pm unless you pay extra for 24hr access.

This place is horrible! I was 2 months late paying my storage fee and they sold EVERYTHING I OWNED. I'm Deviated as there were many family heirloom passed to me from my grandparents and parents that I wanted to pass onto my children and Grand children - everything gone including all my clothes m. I owed them $1100 and they sold everything I owned to cover $1100. If anyone else has had this experience please message me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Ok. So I went to that store today, because I need some supplies to finish my moving. There was a girl named Sarah (I asked) and she was completely over achiver. I mean she was 101% KIND! I think I was looking destroyed after 12 hours working and packing over night, so she asked me if I want water, she didn’t have what I need, so she looked up the store locations and PRINT IT OUT FOR ME! guys, seriously, keep that girl and make she grows. She is professional, fast and what it’s more rare those days at companies: emphatic and kind. I mean a good human serving clients!!

Drive up storage has been an excellent experience for my husband and I after searching for units this storage place helped make the process easy and accommodating with the help of the manager Jesse Orozco. He’s customer service skills and expertise was exactly what we were looking for.
