The customer service representative was very attentive and took care of me quickly and efficiently. He even went a step further and explained to me in detail the steps I should take just in case I had an issue with the passport pictures.

Pharmacy team is quite literally the worst pharmacy team I've ever experienced in my entire life, will be shifting all prescriptions over to another one. Very frequently hard to reach via phone, only refills my prescriptions when i come in, demanding to see flight tickets to see proof of urgency, etc.

Rania is a wonderful pharmacist! I went there to get a flu vaccine after two unsuccessful previous tries in two other pharmacies and she was able to do it very efficiently. She was also very willing to help.
She is a very good asset to CVS pharmacy.

Mohammed is exceptional, customer attentive, & such a hard worker! Everytime I come to pick up my medication he is always informative, caring & a problem solver. Truly a great guy!

I was in a hurry and was in and out quickly thanks to quickly came and aidedthe young lady at the register... She was courteous and respectful. She promptly answered my question when I arrived even though she was working the cash register. Then, when I had a scanning problem at self-checkout, she explained and helped promptly...
And, I couldn't forget the spacious parking lot... It certainly helped that I didn't have to search for a parking spot.

These people work because they have no other choice. All the employees at the pharmacy are incompetent, especially two of them. We need the medicine urgently and they are arguing amongst themselves in languages that we don't understand. They should close or change the staff. This is no longer possible. We are fed up with these people.😡😡😡

can never speak to a pharmacist. slow service. prescriptions never ready on time . bill wrong insurance. it’s crazy to just get medicine to feel better and live better. They just don’t care .

I’d give zero if I could. Went there today to take a COVID vaccine. It was 6:50pm and the lady said “we don’t give shots after 7pm” which I answered “it’s still 6:50pm” she said “yeah but I need to type your info down and it’s gonna take some time”. Why is it open till 8pm? If you don’t wanna work, please, give your position to someone who’s really willing to work!!! WHY IS IT OPEN TILL 8pk IF PEOPLE DONT WORK TILL 8?????

I just have to say the CVS on Schuyler Avenue in Kearny, has to be one of the best stores that I’ve been to, their customer service is by far the friendliest, and the most helpful Ive come across, the store is the cleanest and the most organized. It is so easy to find everything, I go out of my way to go to that store …..

There is always an issue with the pharmacy. They are also incredibly rude. There must be a high turn over rate as well because
it seems like it is everyone first day, no one knows what is going on. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. After today’s visit I am without a doubt finding another place to fill my prescriptions.
Front end of store is no problem. They are always nice and helpful. The issue is the pharmacy staff.
