“I haven't been in a Dollar Tree in a few years and I didn't have high expectations but I wanted a drink and maybe an idea for lunch. It was definitely funny walking into argument between co workers throwing obscenities at each other. Reminded me of my days working in fast food yelling across the room. “Happe.ed to be going home from a family brunch and I pulled into this Dollar Tree. I LOVED IT IN HERE. It was my lucky day. They has a clearance table everything for twenty five cents. I just loved it. I brought sooo much and was there for quite some time. I looked through every single thing. I ended up buy $70 worth of stuff . It was beautiful. Alot of these things im sending it to Africa. Boy did i get lucky. I liked this Dollar Tree people were so pleasant in here. People Dollar Tree has really really great toys for kids. Kids dont care about name brands They jhst want a toy. If your not a snob and dont want to spemd alot of money , Get your lil kids stuff in here. They dont care they just wanrnto have fun. They have coloring books, crayons Barbies , ,dolls legos. I saw a lady buy 8 legos . She said she had a lot of grand kids. FOR ALL THE KIDS I KNOW THIS IS WHERE I GOT ALL THEIR TOYS. THANK YOU DOLLAR TREE IN A TIME FOR ME WHEN IM HAVING A HARD TIME YOU REALLY REALLY HELPED ME OUT ALOT AND IM STILL ABLE TO MAKE ALL THE KIDS I KNOW HAPPY. EVERY KID WANTS A TOY FOR CHRISTMAS. “I have to honestly say that when visiting the Dollar Tree in Roselle, I saw something amazing. A customer asked my mom, who works at the Dollar Tree, to help her pick up some decorations for her apt., which was small and her $$ was low. My mom suggested a few items and the lady was so happy that she asked my mom for a hug. My mom is 75 yrs old and has to work to be able to pay her bills. She has always been a hard worker and has gone above and beyond to make sure her kids were taken care. I wish I could help her financially but I myself am on a fixed income. With that said, my mom's English is not great (and yes she is a citzen, we are from Puerto Rico) but she loves to help ppl out. I hate that she has to work til late sometimes, as I fear that she may get robbed or hurt. However, it's nice to see when customers appreciate her dedication and love for what she does. Most often, she is having to ask customers not to make a mess after she worked long and hard (with her hands that hurt). Ppl sometimes can be mean and it's times like this that make me think that there are still good ppl in the world. Thank you to the customer who thought enough to make my mother's day a little brighter!!”

“Lots of items to browse from at $1.25 and up. Deals and specials from household, toys, toiletries, garments, cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks, dairy, stationary, etc. Although, this particular store was a bit messy, I can blame it on a recent truck delivery of their supplies.”

Lines are very long and they move fast or slow. So do not let the lines stop you. If you go to this store it's best if you go when it's not too crowded/busy/ the line is up to the back of the store.
If you are just looking at stuff in the store please do not touch anything... It's best during day if possible. If it's at night before they close, not around the closing time...
Not too busy and able to get what you needed and get out in about 5 minutes or more. It might be more than a while when it gets really busy, a line at the front of the store
Please make sure to have the receipt.
Please clean up the place and Thank you ?
At the cashiers when it's paying it's saying hello... They scan items and let the customers know the total and mention enjoy your day, have a nice day... something similar is said sometimes or not”

“This 99 cent is best the in central ave. The guys that work there are very professional and kind. There was an older woman there who started following me and my family around the store knowing not knowing are regular customers. ( guess she was new cause I never seen her before ) We always shop there for bubble wrap for my business or detergent since our laundromat is right next door from it. But other than that it’s very organized. I like it there. Small but have everything you need”

“Long story short, I needed to update the ugly boob lights in my apartment. I got the inspo (see photo), headed to Dollar Tree and ended up making this for under $8. So proud I had to show off.
This particular Dollar Tree was out of a lot of things. No hot glue sticks, entire rows in the crafts section out of stock.
I asked the manager about it and she was very kind. She said they just get whatever they send so you can’t even ask them to get products. Like it seems the inventory is random. This was around June 2nd 2025.
?Tip: They do answer the phone so give them a call before driving over if you’re going for something specific. Very good chance they’re out and you can save yourself the trip.”
“I love this store. The staff is friendly shelves stocked and they are very helpful. I've been looking for tape to hang my picture and I've tried them all. The manger suggested Duck tape and so far the picture is still on the wall! They know their products and what really works.”

I can’t say enough good things about my local Dollar Tree! Every time I walk in, they have exactly what I need, from household essentials to little treasures I didn’t even know I wanted. The shelves are always well-stocked, and the store is clean and organized (unless its delivery day which is expected) , making shopping a breeze.
The manager is an absolute gem—such a great guy! He’s always friendly, approachable, and goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy. You can tell he really cares about the store and its shoppers. And let’s talk about Fran, the new cashier—what a delight! She’s so professional, with a warm smile and great attitude that makes checking out a pleasure.
This Dollar Tree is a fantastic spot, and the awesome staff makes all the difference. Highly recommend!”

“Impressive array of “dollar store priced” essential and some hard to find household items. My focus on this particular visit was home hardware/tools and cleaning supplies. Easily located everything on my list and pleased with the quality of the items. Be warned: if you’re a hobbyist then expect to become easily distracted by items you didn’t plan to purchase (or didn’t realize you needed until spotting them)! Looking forward to using the large magnets (package of 4 for $1.79!) among other miscellaneous dollar store treasures I found”
