This facility is a shining example of how USPS loses packages.. package has been "moving through the network to the destination" at this facility for a week .. package was going from St Louis MO to Houston TX.. VIA NEW JERSEY .. This is why we can't have nice things in the USA .. no one gives a F!

Close all usps postal service down. Horrible they sent a certified letter from Kearny that was suppose to go to Newark as addressed and they rerouted to Florida why in hell would anyone do that when the delivery location is Newark. Dummies need to close down for good.

Im so done with usps. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything they do and just make up continuous excuses for the things they do. There is absolutely no reason a package I had sent to me (that should have been delivered to me on December 18th 2023) is still not to my home as of Dec 28th. The customer service for the actually makes it hard to contact them on purpose as well. They call back on blocked numbers so you can’t call them, it’s all a joke. So I’m sure I’ll get my package days from now damaged as hell. It truly makes me sick that usps on of the only options to ship besides fedex and ups.

Management sucks, the supervisors and mdos are very nasty and will lie right in your face. Bay 30 is the WORST in the plantation. They play head games with the MHA's. They show favoritism.

If I could give negative stars I would. It would not just be for this facility but for the whole government agency as a whole. Sadly, nothing will change. I had priority mail which the post office knew the contents were ashes. Using USPS is the ONLY way funeral homes are legally permitted to send ashes. I had a tracking number which stated it would be delivered by 6 pm on Tuesday. The package had to be signed for so my son took off of work and waited the whole day for the delivery until I returned from work. When I came home, around 3:45 pm, I called customer service because the system was not updating the whereabouts of my package since it arrived at the Kearny, NJ Distribution Center at 10:21 am on Tuesday. After waiting over 30 minutes for a representative, they had nothing to tell me except it was in Kearny, NJ. The exact same thing that was stated on the website. The person assured me if it was not delivered by the 6 pm time, the system would update and tell me where the package was. Well this will be no surprise.... the system never updated. So I called customer service back, this time it was a 50 minute wait. I was told I could place an investigation as to the whereabouts of the package but it would take 2-4 days for a response. Can this level of INNEFFECTINESS AND INEFFIICIENCY be possible????? It's 24 hours later and the system has never updated. I called the Kearny distribution center at 6:00 am Wednesday morning. They told me only 1 person can help me and she does not get in until noon. 1 person.... that's the only person that can help me... REALLY?????? I decided to leave this woman (the only person that can help me) a voice mail message but guess what, her voice mail box was full. I was finally able to leave her a message which stated another mans name on it but left 2 messages anyway and continued to repeatedly call back. Guess again.... NO RESPONSE. It is Wednesday at 3:30, the system is not updating and NOBODY can tell me where this valuable package is. BTW- we paid $150 for 24 hour delivery.

Charlie was great. Service was great and fast. Clean place. Restroom need to be more clean tissues all over. Not much crowd. We enjoyed the donuts a d they were tasty and delicious.
