“A GEM in Kearny, NJ, I love this supermarket! Anything you need, you can find it here!! (Even if it’s from your mother land) The produce is always fresh/ so are the meats!
Also please do yourself the favor and buy the Dominican food. The food is always fresh and flavorful along with their fried chicken and empanadas! Trust me you won’t regret it.”
“Overall they seem to have a nice variety of plants and gardening supplies. I was there to get herbs and they had a nice variety of both standard and organic, with one exception- I didn’t find any organic basil, which was disappointing. My wife asked inside and was told it was on the back patio but we searched everywhere and only found the standard.
Maybe it was because we were there midweek but there was no real help around. The older lady inside at the register was nice enough.
I was also hoping that maybe they grew and sold fresh fruit and vegetables but alas, they do not.
Also, if you read past mentions of a petting zoo or miniature donkeys, they no longer have any animals.
Overall, they have a good variety and were pretty well organized and clean.”

“Aldi advertises refund plus replacement for purchased item that did not meet your expectation. This is a marketing slogan more than an actual guarantee that would ever work in practice due to unwritten rules you will find out when it is too late. The vast majority of items are good quality and hardly anything ever has to be returned.”
“I absolutely LOVE this place. It is a bit pricey, however...compared to Whole Foods etc in the area, its reasonable. They are hardworking and the staff is TOP NOTCH. The owner is extremely impressionable, as he gets to know all his customers.
And they are always open to expand the level of variety because of such the diverse community they serve. I travel an hour, just because I Love this store, the quality and staff.

“I go there daily after work . Late at night or early in the morning it’s always open, clean, convenient and has everything. The meat and poultry selection is excellent specially the kofta thanks to their butcher and the cashier that works overnight is respectful and honest.”

“Absolutely love this market! I made a short trip to the market for some sushi for a quick lunch, and the staff members were so nice and welcoming! I was staring at all the sushi options (there were lots and everything looked great), and someone asked me if I had any questions about any of the products, which showed me how attentive the staff is. When I went to purchase my items, the cashier was super friendly and also pointed out the free sauces by the sushi, which I hadn't noticed.
Sushi was super tasty and tasted fresh, great color on the salmon!
Parking was easy to get in and out of.
Will definitely be back soon!”

“This is a great neighborhood fruit store. The produce is always fresh and they have some great deals and prices you can't beat ! The man that runs the register in the front of the store is very nice and makes you feel welcome in the market. Love having this place so close to home extremely convenient walking distance location for many people in the area because this area is terrible with parking so good to have a store you can just walk too.”

Sign up for their emails as they send a newsletter a day or two prior to Saturday sharing what will be on sale. Arrive earlier than later if you're eyeing something specific as stock does tend to sell”

“Amy’s has a great selection of fresh produce and fruits, as well as a varied selection of Mexican goods. Being open 24 hrs allows me to get part of my groceries done at any time. The space is small and cramped, but the selection and their business hours means I come back again and again. Staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful.”
