If I could give them a zero I would. Incompetent liars. I asked to apply my military discount and they said it was only for used items. After showing them that their own website stated that it applies to new items they said they just couldn't do. When I asked to return my items they said they couldn't do it and to call customer service.The absolute worst

They dont use phones, they actually dont know how to use one. Call all you want, they are clearly unaware that they have a phone & cant do minimum of picking up just say “please hold”. My child can do there job. Give there jobs to robots.

Gabe, from the Kearny location was awesome! We purchased a downloadable add-on for our daughter's Animal Crossing game and had difficulty accessing it on her Switch. Gabe was kind enough to walk us through after he took the initiative to watch some videos on his end. He was patient, kind, and made sure we were satisfied. This type of service needs to be commended in a world that often expects you to figure it our yourself. Thanks Gabe!

Recently switched to this location. I used to go to north Bergen GameStop. They have bad customer service and called for midnight release and they were closed. This store is so nice and called us for every midnight release. They were open and helped us in every purchase. It’s usually fully stocked and we got to buy what we were looking for. This is our go to store even if it’s a little drive away! ✨
