This place has absolutely gone down hill since 2022... my entire family has always given our buissness to this h&r block because it was convenient and the people who did work there were great, never had an issue till 2022, mistake after mistake and the amount we pay to get taxes done and the mistakes that are made are just crazy... you pay for peace of mind and don't even get it!!!! Will never use them again after the huge mistake they made with our taxes and never was able to get it fixed or reconciled 😡

H&R Block makes filing taxes a breeze! Their software is user-friendly and their tax pros are there if I need extra help. Definitely recommend!

Exceptionally bad. I submitted my documents and send messages online and nobody did anything or answered anything for almost two weeks. I called to complain and they said the “tax pro” will be getting back to me soon. Again, nobody did anything. I called and waited three more times over the course of a few days and after all that still nobody did anything.They said they would make it right, see what they could do and all this other nonsense and ultimately did absolutely nothing. The biggest absurdity is they called me in January trying to force me to make an appointment and then completely ignored me when I wanted to get things moving.The level of incompetence, lack of concern for the customer and abysmal work ethic is mind boggling. Do not do your taxes here. You are better off throwing all your tax documents off a cliff. There is a bigger chance they will get done in time by doing that than bringing them to this place.

Margaret Sheerin never replies. They forgot to file my 2022 return because they said it got "stuck" in the system. And furthermore, I was willing to pay additionally to get my 2021 tax return worked on but they NEVER replied back. Never doing business again with this place; costs expensive to file a simple tax return, and no one replies back
