“I went into the store just to test mattresses and buy elsewhere. Mikhail was over the top w his customer service and i ended up buying a 3300 mattress. I wanted to spend around 2k. He never pressured me into going higher. He simply answered my questions and was so hospitable and friendly. He implored me to take my time and really lay down and test them. Everything about the experience was great. Hes funny too! Lots of funny comments. Great salesman and a great guy!”
