Had a horrible experience here. The girl at the counter was rude and kept pushing us out the door even though we kept being told we needed her assistance to fix the mess she made. She kept giving us attitude and refused to help. On top of that she told us we would be paying the usual 30 a month and we called the 1-800 number only to find out that she lied and signed us up for 60 a month plan, she was never supposed to do what she did, and told my mother she wasn't eligible for a free phone when she clearly was. Whatever you do don't go here. They take advantage of you and have horrible customer service. Honestly they probably have people they know give 5 star reviews here because there is no way they would have 5 stars with all the stories I've heard. I never leave reviews and I had to leave one because I don't want anyone to go through what we did that day.

The associate called Julio is extremely unprofesional. I go to pay my phone bill today and he was talking to a friend on the phone. I get to the counter and I thought he had hung up out courtesy to the customer, in this case myself. We speak about certain things and then at the end of the whole transaction i notice that his phone was still on because just as I am about to leave he simply picks up the phone and says "Okay lets continue" What would have happened if I had given him extremely persnal information? Or my bank account number, social or something?Is this the type of people Metro PCS hires for their stores? How do I know that1. He muted his phone2. If he didnt the person that was on the recieving end of the call wasnt taking note of the information I provided him even if it was only my phone number. I thought transcations were personal between the people working in the store. Not with people who know where.If i could a -5 sta review i wouldExtremely disrespectful associate to do thisAnd a dangerous thing to do as well, information could have been stolen without my knowledge

The interior of the store is stuffy. The employees had answers to my questions however they didn't seem to know what products they had or that would be available.

I was here for something that might seem simple to most people (switching from sprint to t mobile) but that I had a ton of anxiety about because of experience with bad customer service I've had in the past. It didn't help that my whole family is in another state so we had to do this at different T mobile stores and all lose connection at the same time, with no means of communicating. I actually came here a couple of days ago because the other T mobile in Kearny told me their 'sprint machine' wasn't working so I checked this one, and the employee here named Mercy was incredibly helpful. So much more helpful than the other employees and customer service reps I had asked before both over the phone and at the other store. Today I was here for a while because I was waiting for my family to switch over on their side. Two separate employees came up to me and asked if I needed help, even though they were kind of busy with other people in the store. I was shocked when I finally approached the counter when I lost connection, and the switch was made so easily! All they had to do was look me up and switch the SIM cards. The level of service I experienced today was incredible and friendly. Mercy and the African-American gentleman who actually helped me today really helped me get over my anxiety. If I ever need anything again from T Mobile I'll come to this store if I can.
