I am a female in 20's and their QA was not afraid to shame me emotionally and passively. Would highly recommend to AVOID. I got a phone call from this company while I was looking to move from east coast to mid-west. It was very stressful process as I thought having broker company would help with actually getting stuff figured out with moving company, but no. I had to explain myself repeatly to both this company and the actual moving company (which I did like talking directly to the moving company than going through Movesafe). #1 QA is not afraid of pulling "oh I'm sorry you didn't read the fine prints when you signed the paper"... As I did, couldn't find where it was written, asked them to screenshot the part and send over, never responded and annoying. It was along the line of "please send me a screenshot stating that lower volume of items will be combined with other mover's truck" - whatever the reason maybe (prob cost related), it was not explictly stated, and when I called to understand/potentially speed up the moving process, the guy who called himself a QA said was "Oh it's on the paper, you just didn't read it". Umm... Still waiting for the email response with screenshot. Not only that, I couldn't get the actual follow up from Movesafe to a simple request as getting a form from the moving company due to damaged furniture during transit for claims. They did respond that they will get back to me, which they never did. I re-followed up directly with the moving company after a few days, and they were able to help out, even how to submit the claim. Only embarrassment and annoyance, blockage of communications experienced with this broker company.

If you've ever wondered what a bait and switch looks like, work with this company. They provided a low ball estimate over the phone and then looked to charge double what their estimate was when we took up way more space on the truck than anticipated. The remarkable thing about this "estimate" was that some pieces of furniture that we included we ended up selling before even loading the truck - that shows how far off they were. Some pieces of furniture were damaged during the move and the company promised to "break down and rebuild" a treadmill we were moving. We were then informed on delivery that they are not authorized to put treadmills back together, which was a main reason we hired them in the first place. Also comical was that they tried to charge extra for supplies even though I paid for "white glove" packing service, which I was told was a fixed fee. It wasn't until the day of the move when everything was packed that the crew informed me I was to pay extra for supplies on top of the "flat fee". The calculated charge was also based on total volume in the truck, however a lot of the items on the truck were packed by my wife and me before the crew even arrived. The moving crews were actually very good, and I feel sorry that they work for such a lousy company. This company is only in business to swindle you out of extra money. The moving process is hard enough, don't hire these guys to make it worse.

MOVING RELOCATION SERVICES bates you with an "estimate". This price is reasonable based on a list you provide them of your belongings. My list was thoroughly vetted and included everything. The initial rep, Cheryl, disappeared. When I could reach her, she would never get back with me. Our experience is exactly as other reviewers, the company has a scamming pattern. BAIT & SWITCH. The day of my move, the movers acted as if I had so much stuff. This is all part of their game. I only had things that were listed on the contract. The lead mover had the worst attitude and told me ON MY MOVE DATE it would cost an ADDED $4500 MORE than the initial price. I was defeated because I had to move on this date! When I called the office to get answers about when I would receive my things, EVERYONE YELLS AT YOU FROM THIS COMPANY!! JENNIFER HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE AT ANY COMPANY, EVER!! I asked her if she was okay the first time we spoke because I didn't understand her tone. Cheryl's alleged "supervisor" is awful too. I called to speak with Cheryl and he answered and YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A CHILD FOR WANTING TO KNOW WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE MY BELONGINGS. How is this okay that a company yells at customers for wanting information about their move?? They have no clue what they are doing. They should at least provide a ballpark on when, where, and how the move will be delivered. They know nothing once they have taken your money. The last straw, when my movers showed up with less than 24 hours' notice, they said their truck was too big to drive up and told me it would be another $600 ADDED!! THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE I WAS MOVING THE ENTIRE TIME!! I called Cheryl and Jennifer. Cheryl promised to call back and did not. Jennifer proceeded to yell at me, per company procedure, because they try to intimidate customers. I felt so taken advantage of. What was I to do? I needed my belongings. We had been paying for hotels and sleeping on air mattresses for weeks!! It took weeks for them to deliver my move!! The move was very late and cost over $5,000 more than they said it would. Beware of this company, they will rip you off and try to intimidate you!

Hard to even give them 1 Star. I wish my parents would have read Yelp first before contracting this company. They moved from NY to NC. I think they are older and just believed what they said at first. 1. Came in a beat up truck with the sticker hanging off the side. Did not assess the load before and then came and quoted more money for items so we had to leave them. 2. Lied about date if delivery. Estimated to get shipment 2 weeks after quotes date. 3. Jennifer yelled and talked so rudely to me. I was very mild mannered and she was angry as I am guessing her job is to deal with angry customers all day. Jennifer berated me. Amir lied to me. Don't know which is worse. She called me back after I called already on edge. When people are mad like this it's because they work for a non reputable company. 4. Have not received items so don't know how they will come.

Stay away from this company! They start with a hard sell, don't keep good records, berate customers in raised voices. The actual movers came around 10, although they knew they needed to also get belongings from storage and then deliver to storage and home, and that it was a 4-hr dr. They also knew that they were supposed to pack dishes and glassware. They did not come beforehand to see what needed moving, so brought truck that was apparently not big enough. They left their truck only 2/3 full and rented an additional UHaul. The movers were careless and damaged furniture. They took out bolts and lost them. They put stuff in storage that belonged in home. They did not put bed together, or futon (from which they removed bolts and lost them). They did not put down large area rug. The actual cost was almost twice the original estimate. This is the short version. The details are horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

they are liars!!!!!! believe absolutely nothing they tell you!!! price will double the day of your move once they know you are stuck and have to pay. do not trust them with out of state storage. they tried to deliver my furniture before my lease even started and pretended not to know storage was in the contract. they should be sued and shut down. run don't walk away from these crooks!

My wife's writing this without even having this company move us: This review is being submitted due to what happened when I told them, thank you for your time and information, but I have hired another company. The initial contact was great and informative. They gave me an estimate. I was concerned of having enough space. The rep was sure we'd have enough. After speaking with the rep, I continued with my estimates from several moving companies. Going through zoom walkthroughs which was actually great, as they could actually see what we had. I then chose my mover and signed the papers. When MRS called back, as they said they would, this is where the crazy absurdness started. As previously stated, I thanked him, told him that we signed with another company. He started with, why didn't you give us another chance? He went on and on, asking questions and trying to get me to use them. I have not been sharing with any of the other companies who else I have spoken with, but in my frustration, I answered who we went with and I regret that. He began spewing bad things about them. He said you need to check BBB and the DOT sites for all their bad issues. They're scammers. I told him that I have already done that and there was no problem. He kept cutting me off and trying to get me to go with them. I thanked him again for his help, but that I am good to go, goodbye. He called back - After that I received a phone call from, what I thought was another company and I answer to say thank you, but we are good. (put in for a quote and many companies respond) When I answered it was a man saying he was the supervisor of the initial rep. He wanted to know why do I want to use a scamming company? Again with the BBB, Yelp and DOT. I again explained that I had and I am good with who I chose. Thank you good bye. He called back, Questioning me, cutting me off and NOT listening! I informed him that I didn't appreciate calling and using another business name to get me to pick up the phone. Oh what do you mean. Oh I am calling from my cell, he says. I said goodbye and hung up. He called again 4 more times in a row, at one point I slammed the phone on the counter, hoping he'd stop. That's 6 times! Called again, I answered and said, you are harassing me if you do not stop I will report you and then hung up. But wait, once again it rang with the same name and number! I then answered with not saying anything and hung up. Then turned my phone back on and left it that way for some time. Finally, it stopped ringing and they got the point. In total this guy called 8, that's right 8 times!!!!!! All because I said thank you for your help and time, but I went with someone else. I understand a little push back, they are trying to get business, but....Do they really think that getting the boss to call and the boss harrassing me, I would ever and I do mean ever, use them!M

My mother moved from NY to NC recently. First, they quoted her a decent price and then told her after packing all her stuff in the truck it was going to cost more. The foreman also had the nerve to ask directly for a tip for the movers at that point. Then it took 2 WEEKS to get her stuff to NC. They would not answer calls, kept giving days/times they were going to arrive and never did, and lied about the situation along the way. When they FINALLY arrived (at 6:30pm after saying they would be there at 8am, with my mom taking off the entire day from work) they tried to make her pay everything up front before unpacking the truck, at an elevated price of $500+ the original quote. And tried to argue the discount my mom was finally able to get from the corporate office. It was a horrible 2 weeks and thank god my mom will never have to move again; and if she does, she will not use Moving Relocation Systems!

I originally had my review on Google, but they were able to get it removed. They are the absolute worst moving company ever. The damaged our furniture, the "lost" and expensive mirror from a dresser set that was given as wedding gift. The icing on the cake was that the delivery driver couldn't get in to our complex with the semi, so he hired day workers from like the ones looking for a day job at home improvement stores. They just randomly threw all of our belongings into the back of a uhaul truck which is what caused all the damaged furniture. They also ruined items my mom left me after she passed for when I got married. The tried to low ball us on what could be paid out. We refused because $250 was not acceptable for everything we had lost and had to replace. No matter how much we tried to work with them they were just not listening. When they got bought out and new management they reached out again to get me to remove my google review and I did not budge because they were only offering the same amount as the previous owners and at that point, we would not have accepted anything. It's about the principle of the matter and not monetary. DO NOT trust them, they will lie and steal, if not your money, definitely your items.

Do you want a company that will care about your things, deliver them in a timely manner, and keep you updated every step of the way? If so, Moving Relocation Systems is NOT for you! I chose this company because they quoted me about $6.5k for moving from Massachusetts to California. Cheryl was very kind to me, but the niceities ended then. When the truck was loaded, we were informed that instead of $6.5k, it was going to cost us DOUBLE - $13,000 for 2,300 cubic feet. But you know the weirdest part about that? The truck that we loaded onto couldn't even hold 2,300 cubic feet, only 1,700!! We had to FIGHT Jennifer to refund us some. She was impossible to get a hold of and extremely rude. She never answers the phone. After being informed of our now $2,500 "discount" I was excited to get my stuff. The only thing is that when the truck arrived, I found out that two mattresses, a bed frame, a crib, and a bench for my kitchen table we're missing! What was Jennifer's response? "It'll be on the next truck to California, but we don't know when that will be." My advice to anyone doing a long haul move: go with anyone other than Moving Relocation Systems.

Where to begin? After weeks of research for our upcoming cross country move, we decided to go with Moving Relocation Systems because of the the lower prices and kind and helpful salesman, Israel. He answered all of our questions and seemed genuinely happy to help. That was until we signed a contract and gave them our money. After that, it all went to Hell. We signed a contract for December 15th, with a leeway date of December 16th so the truck had time to come, but it was guaranteed it would be there on one of those two days. We agreed, and proceeded to plan our move around that date. We have two small children and had to buy plane tickets, so it was very important that they arrived when they said they would. Three days before the move, they call to confirm they would be there on the 13th, two days earlier than agreed on. When I told Jennifer this was not right, she said there was nothing they could do about it and that's when they were coming. No apology, no I understand this is inconvenient, just a big "we don't care about what works for you, this is what works for us". After talking to Israel, who promised to "be there every step of the way, he told us it was out of our hands...no help there. After hours and hours of going back and forth and waiting for phone calls from higher ups (all while finishing up packing our house with two small kids), we got absolutely no resolution except an offer for $200 off. Our move was going to cost $5,000, so $200 barely put a dent in it. It was honestly just insulting. We left messages with Israel, Jennifer, and another man who claimed to be a manager saying that we were going to go with another company, and none of them even responded. They did not care ONE BIT about us as customers. Israel finally got back saying he was sorry that it happened, but there was no resolution from this company and they made it very clear that they were going to do what worked for them. I cannot believe what a fiasco this all was. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I can only imagine how they would have handled the rest of our move, since they clearly don't care about the people, only the money. Sad that people like this exist in the world.

I had a wonderful experience with the movers I was surprised to see negative reviews... they worked within our quoted budget and did not try to swindle us at all ... the movers were fast and efficient.

We had the WORST experience with this moving company. We live on the second floor in a small apartment. We didn't have that much furniture to move. So we thought a moving company would be the way to go. First they dragged all the furniture across the floor to the door. Then they tipped my curios upside down and carried them down the stairs by the top. They carried the refrigerator down upside down. (your not supposed to do that). We fired them in the middle of the move, but then spoke to the manager and had them finish the job. We paid by the hour and they did take their sweet time. Not only that, we caught them stopped at a convenience store ON MY TIME. Once at the new house, they knocked the light fixture through the ceiling making a huge gauge in the ceiling. I had 20 pieces of furniture. THAT'S IT!! and they went 2.5 hrs over the 5 hour allotment.

I used Bluebell when I moved from NJ to GA this past December. I must say although I was stressed moving so close to the holiday season, Bluebell went above and beyond to make sure all of my stuff arrived to my house safe and sound. I must admit I was a little concerned after reading some negative yelp reviews on Bluebell, I thought the price must be too good to be true. However from the start every interaction with my rep Anthony and John, the foreman, was professional and reassuring. I visited the location to be sure of its legitimacy and was impressed with the whole operation. Overall the packing was excellent and the service was great.
