I tried to withdraw from my business bank on a Saturday and was told that even though they have enough funds to honor the withdrawal they had to preserve for other customers

Horrible customer service ... One teller at location handling all the walk in's while the other two oblivious bank associates Carry on a conversation without acknowledging me.. ZERO STARS !
