“It was about 10 minutes before closing when I arrived, and Gio was so kind to open the door and help me right away. I’m a busy mom and rarely have time, but I wanted to show my son what he needs to do for next time. Gio went above and beyond, even at the end of the day when I’m sure he was ready to head home. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism — we need more workers like him! Thank you so much, Gio!”

“The service was excellent! I visited the shop because I thought a screw stuck in my tire had punctured it. They very honestly removed the screw that had not punctured my tire at no charge !!The team brought to my attention that my inspection was about to expire- which I didn’t realize- and the mechanic completed the inspection, probably saving me a ticket! Excellent, honest and professional service! Highly recommend All Tire!!”

“I am a known customer of Empire Nissan in Bayridge . This is my second car I purchased from this Nissan. I would like to say I recently was there last month and experienced a great response. I like to say I was beyond pleased with Joe the service advisor. His overall personality was up and beyond. Very reliable service advisor. He gets back to you in a timely manner and a very tentative listener with great advise. I highly recommend him for an advisor. I met for the first time Miguel the Shop Foreman. Very pleasant and great personality. Would make you truly come back to Nissan. Last but least the Mechanic Richard who worked on my Nissan Rougue. This mechanic is a very experience hard worker. Extremely knowledgeable and you would differently feel great after leaving the Nissan Shop when he finishes with your car!”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Elsy Discount Tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and ensure I felt confident about the work being done. The team worked efficiently without cutting corners, and it was clear they take pride in their work. Not only did they handle my tire concerns quickly, but they also went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. It’s rare to find a business where you truly feel like a valued customer, but Elsy Discount Tire delivers that experience. I would highly recommend Elsy Discount Tire to anyone looking for trustworthy service, expert advice, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. They’ve earned my loyalty, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs.”

“I am always pleased with the service here at Jakes! We've been here a few times with different cars. This week I had a complete flat in my neighborhood and while they could not tow me to the shop, he encouraged me to call my car's roadside assistance. They accepted my car after hours and by the end of the next day, my car had a new tire and was ready to be picked up! Always efficient, super kind and fair prices. Happy to have them so close to home!”

“Agolia and Sons BP THEY ARE THE BEST!! highly recommended. “Their customer service is second to none.” We have been their customers for 10+ years. Only had positive experiences with our family cars. Always received services that was done in a reasonable time frame. Prices are transparent and reasonable. “The Service quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time.” Always completely impressed with their staff customer service they are always professional and friendly not only the mechanics technicians but also the gas station attendants. The mechanic technicians are highly skilled at servicing our Mercedes Benz both scheduled maintenance service and service repairs . They order Mercedes parts and their pricing for service is trustworthy and transparent. If the service is outside their expertise they are honest it about and refer you to the Mercedes dealer for example I needed front Mercedes tire pressure sensors . I told Mercedes dealer exactly the service that was needed. Thank you Dave for your honesty and integrity!!”

“My 2020 GLS 450 had no heat. The dealership told me they wanted over $8000 to basically replace the entire heating system. Not to mention they had replaced all these parts about a year and one day ago and would not honor their warranty. Hans was able to get it fixed for under $1000 He completed the work in one day. They used good parts and were clean and courteous when servicing in my vehicle. The place is a bit tight, don’t let that scare you. I highly recommend them.”

“I took my jeep to a mechanic shop to get some work done. When I got it back it suddenly had transmission problems.. the gears weren't changing properly and there was a loud noise every time I changed gears. The people who did the repairs said I need a new transmission which would cost an arm and a leg! I took the Jeep to Mr Vito, I explained that we had NO transmission problem before taking it to the mechanic, he drove it with me and right off the bat said that it seems like it's stuck in a high gear and it could be something interfering with the signal going to the transmission, likely an electrical issue. He ran his diagnostics, got the code to direct him to the problem which was one of the solenoids.. turned out a wire was loose. He repaired it, put in some new transmission fluid and filter (was due to change) and the jeep is back to working like before! This man saved me thousands of dollars and not having to get a new transmission!”

“I don't usually write reviews, however, I am writing this review to relay to potential customers how excellent Sunoco Broadway is. I brought my car in a couple of months ago to be serviced. Libby, Danny, and the whole team were professional, helpful, considerate, and friendly. When a problem arose, they took the time to not only fix what went wrong, but they also accommodated travel for me to and from their shop. Danny also followed up to ensure my car was operating the way it should! I highly recommend to any and all, if you need your vehicle serviced, have it done with these guys! They are the best!”
