Visited this location yesterday & the staff was amazing. I wasn’t able to get the name of the manager, but I did the associate (Jeremiah). They were super helpful with my shopping experience & had great attention to detail!

This store is not a place for people of color to shop comfortably. I typically avoid bringing race or color into conversations unless it’s absolutely necessary, but this experience made it unavoidable. I visited the store to return a few items and decided to browse the jewelry section. As I was trying on a ring—something any customer would do—the cashier, who was free at the time, came over and stood near me, pretending to refold items. I could see her in the mirror, clearly there to keep an eye on me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
After returning my items, I approached another employee to ask for the store manager. That employee turned out to be the manager, and when I explained what had happened, her response was dismissive: "Nobody said you were stealing anything." I pointed out that while nothing was verbally said, the actions clearly suggested otherwise. Her excuse? “It’s our policy that employees cannot stray far from the register and must maintain order by refolding items.” It was a weak attempt to cover up the discriminatory behavior I had just experienced.
To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I noticed another customer—of a different skin color—trying on items on the floor, completely unattended, with no one hovering over her. Her skin color gave her a pass, while I was treated with suspicion.
This type of racial profiling is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the store’s attitude toward customers of color.

Never seen such an attitude because I kindly asked for a refund. Will never shop here again!!!!

I love them they just need to be a bit more organized and have a lot more sales or points for people who shop here a lot to get money off but they clothes are great quality and last for years if washed and treated right

Went to this location for the first time today and the staff members were very pleasant, the store was super organized & clean, there were lots of great clothing choices, and there was plenty of parking spots available. I loved this old navy and will definitely be returning.
