“After hearing about many horror stories and bad reviews, I can say our experience is good My fur baby Bentley, he had a grooming with Cynthia, I couldn't believe that she recognized him immediately, cause this was his 2nd visit, that made me feel happy to know he was in good hands. We had a longer wait time to pick him up, but overall Cynthia did do a great job, even with a few matted areas.”
