Worst place ever they say to bring rabbies vaccination i bring the vaccination paper then they tell me they don't accept hand writing vaccination EVEN THOUGH IT HAD THE STAMP OF THE VET ... They prefer i called the VET to get a confirmation by phone then they PAPER!! it's a Sunday and the vet was closed .. NO JOB WAS DONE HAD TO WASTE MY TIME AND BRING MY DOG BACK LIKE THAT .. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE

I didn’t want to give out my Milo’s groomer name out because I don’t want her to be fully booked when I book an appointment for my Milo but I can’t do that!! LOL. Ashley is an amazing groomer. She has never disappointed me with Milo’s outcome. Milo loves her!! If you need a good groomer at PetSmart, Ashley is the way. See you soon Ashley❤️

They were literally promoting a new type of dog food that they’re selling. Nulo was compared to Hills (which is what I normally get my dog) with the best price. The next time I went in to buy another bigger bag, they acted like I had 5 heads and claimed they’ve never heard of it before!

I have to say, the service was disappointing. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. As a first-time customer, I felt mistreated. The job they did on my dog was unacceptable, and it seemed like everyone there was unhappy. I asked the groomer to take off the hair near his eyes, she shaved his whole face. I was pissed. I won’t be coming back. I can’t trust them with my pet if they treat me poorly.

Very bad attitude, the girl who is going to serve my dog never arrives on time, very bad attitude of the one who was there, I don't care about losing a client because they have many, but they have many complaints.ooo and the manager sitting in her office looking at her phone and not caring at all this happened at the Kerney PetSmart
