Very poorly managed branch. I don’t fault the employees. Always short staffed, especially during lunch hours. Why do you waste an employee as a greeter? No one cares, put them behind the counter so they can help. There will literally be a line with 10 people and only one teller while there’s multiple people in other stations. As a customer of 20 years, I can assure you we do not want nor care about a greeter. It’s incredibly frustrating coming here. I use the ATM as much as possible but when I need coins for my business I have no choice but to come in. The day they invent an atm for coins, is the last day I set foot in a branch.

I’ve been coming to this bank for as long as I remember. It used to be fulled with friendly and resourceful staff. But as of late (maybe the last yr or so), every time I come in, the new staff are so rude and condescending. The bank tellers are so nasty, and yet have trouble doing a withdrawal. Sad to see the turn around at this branch

I recently visited this branch for a banking need. It was my first time in a PNC branch. Heard good things about PNC business products which influenced me to go to my local branch. I made an appointment with Jennifer and she was great! She thoroughly explained all the products. It’s good to find reps that are knowledgeable and kind. Thanks again !

Incompetent Workers. As a customer you expect to go to the bank and do a simple domestic wire transfer. This was not the case for this branch, not only did the worker not know how to do a wire transfer but the manager was also clueless and asked for copy of my first wire transfer so they can follow the steps to do it. When I told the guy to please find me someone who knows how to do a wire transfer he tells me he knows how to do it himself. Looking at the computer screen for answers is not knowing how to do a wire transfer. He didnt know where to put the account number. I went to the Nutley Branch and Bret did it with no problem. I was out of there less than 30. The Kearny branch made me waste an hr of my day to find somewhere else to do a wire transfer. Fire manager !

The worst customer service ever. So rude puts you on hold and leaves you there for hours. Never go to this branch. Secaucus is the best branch for the norht east in new jersey.

Condescending and rude. 4 staff members behind the window. 0 people in the bank other than them and me. I came in for a simple service to an existing account. They asked me if I had an appointment?! What kind of stupidity is this? Are these COVID related rules? If so, not 1 staff member was wearing a mask. Pure stupidity, rude and condescending. Only way to schedule an appointment was with the phone, I didn’t have my phone on me. How does it make any sense at all?

Overall the staff at this branch have been consistently rude and unwelcoming every single time I've been there and have made my life way harder than it should. I hope the management takes a look into this matter.
