I spend over $300 in this store, and the person because I got ice, she said if I don't pay for ice I can't get my sandwich, id give zero Stars of it was possible, no customer care.

its like every other Quickchek which is fine and kept up but I think QuickChek that dont offer bathrooms for customers lose business. because I walked right back out.

I just picked up a mobile order from this location and had a really bad experience. First, the girl at the counter went to go get my drink, walked in the back for a few minutes, then comes back and says she cannot find the drink. I ask her if I can go there and look and find it in less than two seconds next to its appropriate label. Then when the girl from behind the food line brings my food in a handled paper bag. The same girl behind the cash register takes out m hot food and gives it to me and keeps the paper bag. When I said oh wasn’t that the bag my mobile pick up order was supposed to be in. She said no that is not for pick up orders. You have to buy a green bag. So are you telling me I still have to purchase a bag when picking up my mobile order?! That’s ridiculous and poor customer service! Instead I must burn my fingers carrying my things home because your associates don’t have basic customer service training. This whole scenario is really making me want to take legal action.

👍Place is well kept acually, looks like everyone is getting along well. Coffee food as always and sándwiches are really nice as well. I placed an order and forgot to put extra chicken on my sub. Told the lady in the back and she was very helpfull. I saw what I think was the manager because she kept moving around making sure everything was done. Had a conversation with the cashier, was very nice. Cashier asked me if I wanted my recipt I said yes and I got it. Also asked me for the appwhich I do have. To be honest I havent seen this kind of friendly in a convince store in a while. 👌

I've lived in this town for over 20 years now and I swear the quality and service of this quickchek REALLY hit rock bottom. Staff and quality of food are the two biggest problems here. Firstly the food isn't always freshly prepared. I see them over the counter and they don't do a good job preparing subs anymore. Only one person working the food stand (which btw looked like they were on drugs) at night while a couple in front of me was waiting for their drinks meanwhile I waited 20 minutes, 20 FREAKING MINUTES for a 6" vegetarian cold sub which shouldn't take more than 5 minutes even if there were 2 other people in front of me. The night staff is full of lazy, rude, incomprehensible workers who like to say stuff under their breath. We have people who desperately need a job and we're letting people who don't give a damn work over the counter stoned out of their minds. This is outrageous! This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!

Just got off the phone with one of the workers and she was MAD rude. They didn’t put one of my items in the bag that i paid for ahead of time & when i called to let them know, she answered with “What” and when i told her what happened she said “okay that’s not our problem”. i ordered through uber eats but THEY forgot to put the item in the bag, not uber. so yes, it is your problem which is why i contacted the store.
