Amazing service ! Amazing staff ! Everyone is so sweet and helpful . Went to trade in our phones . Lorena helped us out, she explained everything in full details. Need a new phone I would recommend them over and over again !

I was in to upgrade my IPhone today and was helped by Mike. He had everything I needed and I was in and out. The entire staff was personable and friendly.I liked that they even opened the box.

For the most part, it was great customer service, but I think they teach their employees to not listen because this happens in every T-Mobile I’ve ever went to .I don’t like this about T-Mobile stores in general. When you buy a phone and you tell them you don’t want them to set it up. Why do they still open up the box take out your phone and set it up. Just put my phone in a bag. This is why sometimes I prefer ordering online. I can open up my box myself. I don’t need you to open up my new item that takes away from the experience of getting something new.

I called the store after having technical difficulties with both of the phones on my account. I explained the issues I was having and told the manager that I was on a time crunch. She was friendly, understanding and on top of her game. She had the problems worked out for me in less than 10 minutes and had me on my way. I would like to extend my gratitude for her amazing service. This is definitely the location I will be using from this point forward.

The worst thing in the world, they are useless, you go looking for help and they do nothing, lazy and rude people, if I could give 0, I would hate it. If you have another option, another company, I suggest you do it.

I have been a t-mobile customer for 6 years and never has this happened but I brought my mom to do a trade in. The first person to assist was very nice and helpful he checked her screen and took all the necessary precautions to check if the phone was eligible for trade in (I was not there at this time but I was told). Now going forward when I come back they are mid way of switching everything over from the galaxy to the new iPhone. Now I leave and 15 min have passed my other sister goes back then comes to tell me that the trade is ineligible because there’s a crack. Now how was all the necessary precautions taken to check the phone for any cracks but then the manager (Nicole) who was mid way of doing a transfer stated basically an hour of my mom being their already and transfer in process that there’s a crack and cannot do a trade in? Makes no sense to me because it already passed the inspection and seems that she cracked it with the long pointy naild (don’t ask how because I don’t know) but my moms phone is an old galaxy and I’m just unhappy with what happened and how it makes no sense that it passed for a trade in with the first guy but then the manager Nicole comes and states mid way otherwise. To not waste time it should have been checked twice before switching people.

I ended up going to the store by mistake so I asked Evander for directions, to make a long story short, they helped me with phones it took an hour Anthony was very patient with me, I was very pleased with them.Thanks. Team.
