This place is very unprofessional. On Friday around 1pm I called to reserve a carpet cleaner. A lady took my drivers license information and told me the carpet cleaner was ready for me to pick up on Saturday. On Saturday I called and find out the place is not even open on weekends. I don’t know why they didn’t tell me that. I really needed this carpet cleaner for a very important job I had to do with my company. Thank God I was able to rent last minute equipment at Home Depot. I will not be using this company for my rentals again. Very disappointing.
