One of the worst post offices I’ve been to. Over 20min to process a refund after they failed to deliver my package on time and still didn’t process my refund with no line when I entered the building.

How can it take 3 days for a package to be in transit after my expected delivery date??? Unbelievable how USPS is now compared to Amazon.

I had an urgent and stressful situation when the money orders for my May rent were stolen. Thankfully, the supervisor at the USPS Kearny branch handled everything from start to finish with the highest level of professionalism and dedication. He took the time to understand my case, walked me through the process, and made sure the issue was resolved; saving me from what could have been a major financial loss. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly commend his outstanding work.

What a horrible service! I recommend you don't go! I waited in line for over two hours to do my passport, and the man who was supposed to help took over 15 minutes with each person and then disappeared! And at the end, there was a really long line, and he was serving the other side! Until the last moment, they informed us that they had to close, even though no one had told us that beforehand, and we wasted time waiting in line.

This UPS Store is an utter disgrace. The staff are consistently rude, impatient, and treat customers with open disdain. Basic courtesy is nonexistent — every visit feels like you’re bothering them just by needing assistance.
To make matters worse, they lost my package and then had the audacity to lie about it being delivered. This isn’t just incompetence; it’s outright dishonesty. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and no concern for the people who rely on their services.
Avoid this location at all costs. It’s everything a service business should never be.

Went for my passport appointment, and Wanda was excellent. Super attentive to all the customers and knowledgeable. She shared the process with me and made sure any and all questions were answered. Also didn't make me feel like I had to rush and really took her time. Great service!

One time they lost my package and I went 3 time to the post office and they couldn’t find it. Another time my envelope came completely open, this time my package were not delivered to me I didn’t get it though the system shows it was delivered. Nobody can do anything but it cost me 100$ and nobody take any responsibility for this. Customer service responded that they are sorry. I can’t even claim online because it doesn’t work

Excellent customer service.
I had an appointment to complete my passport application. Unfortunately, some post - workers called out sick and my appointment and Three other people got delayed. Wanda the post office clerk that was at the front desk saved our day. She went above and beyond her duties, even though she wasn’t assigned to process passport and take picture, she got it done.
Her kindness , patience and customer service is Amazing ! . Thank You ! Wanda for making my day easy and less stressful.
