Awfully understaffed, poor management, including a severe lack of information, including anything online regarding their "list" which fundamentally functions as an appointment for walk-in passport service, which meant being left skipped over several times over the course of two hours, extremely slow processing times, and on top of that an outlandish attempt at shutting me out prior to the post office closing despite the list being finished, and their being more than enough time to process one more.

The post office signed for and " lost " a registered mail item. I've called and left messages over 30 times with no one ever returning my call. At one point I was fortunate enough to get in touch with a postal employee who after confirming they received and signed for the package could not confirm where it was but assured me they would call me back and follow up. Its been nearly a month. If you are a business and your mail has to pass through here, please use caution this package was valued at over $13,000 which is why we used registered mail, and that facility could care less. You can tell by the many one star reviews that this place is poorly managed. We have opened a case with the Office of the Inspector General because obviously there's some type of foul play going on here

The worse USPS Staff! NOT helpful at all, they can spend 45 minutes with one person and not even give 5 min to the next one in line, they nasty, and not willing to help on the passport process.

As you can tell by reading their other great 1 star reviews, horrible business practice and employees. Maybe it’s their lack of resources but it shouldn’t come at the expense of your customers. Riddix provided a horrific experience with his disrespectful , condescending way of talking to customer. I wish I can say he was the highlight of this… but the “manager” Alice left a lot to be desired. Maybe some proper training on how to manage your employees and how to handle a customer situation would go a long way in a customer service business. Sadly , getting any contact with anyone higher up proves to be as effective as these two employees …. Non existent. Shame on you and be better …and if you can’t, consider not working serving the public.

Not worth shipping anything out of. They will send your stuff backwards before it gets shipped out. So it has to come back to them before they actually ship out to the correct long distance terminal

I had a good experience with the service at this agency...I brought my passport application and it had some errors and they helped me correct it...my appointment was 11:00 and I was already outside at 11:30...thank you very much Riddick your attention very kind

Worst post office ever. Straight up marked my package as delivered on a Sunday at 9:30 am when they’re not even open on Sundays ????? I’ve been calling all week, 10 times a day and not a single phone call has been picked up. I suspect employees are straight up stealing packages. They need to clean house and hire new people, I don’t really understand what even goes on there.

Not that it matters obviously this Post Office is one of the most trash post offices in New Jersey as you could see from the reviewsthe only post office that makes me separate my postcards into groups of 100drove an hour and spent $250 to send mailers out and the guy says I have to separate them into groups of 100 no other Post Office asked for this

Packages just sit there and than disappear with no information regarding for delivery. If I see my mail go to Kearney,nj postal I start to pray and inquire a refund soon after. Worse postal distribution center ever!!!!

Every time I come to the post office takes 1/2 an hour to do anything. A line of 12 people and only one attendant that seems not to have any hurry up.

My package was received at 1:00 and by 2:30 says “in transit by end of day 9pm” something I needed 100% for my baby shower and it’s 9:18 I’m writing this review because it was changed for the end of the weekend when it was supposed to be delivered and now I’m waiting an extra 3 days for an item I won’t even be needing anymore if I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst distribution center

Horrible horrible location! Avoid doing anything passport related here. They don’t know what they are doing and give you the wrong information. They also don’t listen when you are trying to explain the problem. I will be missing out on my trip because a staff chose to take my money rather than tell me to go an actual Passport Agency for same day service. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. It’s a zero for me!

Christine was an absolute delight. Extremely professional and courteous. She was able to assist me in the Passport application process.
